Convenient location. Walking distance to many places and anything you need. Safe parking inside. The apartment was clean inside however the outside areas can be cleaned more.

Amazing value for money

We were unfortunate to have an arrogant, unfriendly, uncooperative and unhelpful receptionist when we went to check in on Sunday 20 July 2025. In fact we regretted booking the apartment. She insisted on us paying 300 Rand to check in half an hour early. This is a rip off at the highest proportion. I understand there is a charge for early check, but not for half an hour ( 30 minutes).

Well, from what I booked, it was supposed to be a 2-bedroom apartment. However, I was given a 1bed (Room.303), and when I went down to enquire, the reception lady wasn't helpful and blamed it on the app. Then I had to ask for a wifi password, which I would have assumed you would be given at reception. I ordered something, and when I went down to get it, the same reception lady gave me a bit of attitude when asking her how to open the main door so I could collect. Now I'm not normally one to complain, but I guess she didn't realise she was dealing with a person who has worked over 15 years in reservations, and I am very much aware of how OTAs work. I am still very upset about the wrong room choice I was given and made to feel like I'm the one who made an error. Then there was NO iron and hairdryer in the room. Apparently, they don't have any available from what I gathered from the housekeeping lady. Besides that, the housekeeping lady was exceptional, and the apartment was very clean upon check-in. Hopefullysomeone from the place will address these issues.

You get what you pay for. It has all the amenities that one needs.

The place is great and clean. It has everything (excl.hair drier). The location is a bit isolated from everything l. Downstairs there are 3 restaurants. So if you have a car - a great place to stay!

The apartment was clean and very spacious, we enjoyed our stay there, however there was not enough towels for 4 guests.

Useful property for us to stay in whilst visiting family who have recently relocated here from Australia. Apartments are spacious, and beds are comfortable. Electricity, water and wifi all all reliable (even when power & water failed elsewhere within the suburb). Apartment clean enough, though an exhaust fan would be helpful in the bathroom. No heating/cooling evident within the apartment but not required during the time of year we were there. Fairly quiet, apart from the noisy plumbing from nearby apartments. Room cleaned daily, unless otherwise requested. Reception staff efficient

Immaculate, spacious apartments. We stayed for one night in the 2 bedroom executive apartment and we were happy with everything. From booking to checkin ...Noluthando kept us updated and we would definitely recommend Mint Greenside. Thank you, Charlene Chetty
