"A charming little hotel. Rooms are extremely small but there is enough space to swing the proverbial cat, just!😂 It felt as though the beautiful spacious old building had packed in as many rooms as possible, to maximise profit. Coffee and tea facilities were provided in the room and although the bathroom was shared with 3/4 other rooms I never had to wait to use it for a shower in the morning. My room had its own sink, which I found to be a useful touch. There were basic kitchen facilities and a laundry hidden away in the bowels of the building. I found Randwick to have everything you need and is easily connected to the city centre by tram line 1. Sydney's accommodation is incredibly expensive for what you get. I felt that this hotel did offer quite good value for money and for a night or two I would stay here again."

"The place nice with lovely staff. Although there is no microwave in the room there is a little kitchen on same floor with nice coffee and a microwave. Only problem was the stairs for my mother who is 83."

"Nice place, great location near the tram station. A lot of shops and cafes nearby. The only issue was that my room was located in front of the shared kitchen, and there is no door insulation, so I can hear everything in my room"

Cleanliness was okay; there were hairs in the blankets and bedding and towels, and there was a stale smell in the room on the second day - may be a plumbing problem. Thanks"
