DustinoMy stay here was short, and I wish I could have stayed longer, but I already had a train booked for Zhangjiajie. The room was just incredible and lovely, and the service was superb. I accidentally left my ear buds in my room and they were extremely quick in getting them back to me before I called for a Didi to head to my train. Thank you for everything!

LvxingzhongdeqinmiairenBooked a twin room with breakfast for two, but the front desk lady kindly offered an extra breakfast for our family of three. Much appreciated! Le Méridien Emei Mountain Resort is a Marriott 5-star quality hotel. It's located at the foot of Mount Emei, with convenient self-parking and a moderate drive to the Zero Kilometer entrance for ascending the mountain. The rooms are spacious and tidy; I recommend choosing a lake-view room for its expansive floor-to-ceiling windows and distant mountain views. The hotel's gardens are elegant, and it features an indoor heated pool. Breakfast offers a rich variety, including local Sichuan specialties. The staff are warm and attentive, proactively explaining the best routes for climbing the mountain. It’s an ideal resort for recuperating after a trek to the Golden Summit, making it a top choice for a stay in Emei Mountain.

The hotel is located relatively near to Emeishan High Speed Rail Station and the hotel conveniently provides pick up and drop off service upon guests' request, though Mandarin communication skills may be required. It is however possible to contact the hotel through the Trip.com message portal to arrange the pick up service. The room was very pleasant and well furnished with amenities. My only gripe is the toiletries provided (soap, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion) are limited in small bottles and had to be carefully rationed. They also provide free breakfast which I found to be quite satisfactory, though don't expect a Western continental breakfast. Got to try chaoshou wontons and corn leaf wrapped Baba for the first time, so that was good. You can ask to copy Buddhist scripture in the dining hall or they can send the kit to your room at your leisure. The public hot spring was under maintenance, but it was satisfactory enough to use the private hot spring in my room. Overall a very lovely stay. Staff are also very helpful in recommending the sites, attractions, food and how to get around, though Mandarin again required.

The room environment was fantastic, and it even had a large terrace. It's a shame there was a big table in the middle of the terrace that couldn't be moved; it would have been perfect if there was an outdoor sofa instead. The service from the hotel was absolutely five-star. Breakfast was delivered to the room, and any requests were handled immediately. Plus, there was complimentary afternoon tea.

The hotel was a pleasant surprise during our trip; the kids and our dog were very happy with it, as it had a large bathtub and a small garden. Since we were leaving very early the next day, our butler, Jiqing, thoughtfully packed breakfast and provided a lot of information on sightseeing and dining options. Leshan is a treasure trove of a city; besides the Giant Buddha, there are many other fun places to visit. I would definitely choose to cycle solo for a thousand miles again next time.

We got a free room upgrade, and the owner is super nice and beautiful! The room was very clean, spacious, and unique, with a separate toilet and shower. Breakfast was also included and delicious. It's really close to the Emei Mountain Tourist Center, just a 5-minute walk away. It was a bit rainy that day, and the owner was incredibly helpful, reminding us to buy shoe covers. We were also able to store our luggage, and the owner even drove us to the station! It was just fantastic, and I highly recommend everyone stay here. There's no need to pick a place near Leidongping because private cars can't even go past the Zero Kilometer parking lot anyway. You still have to take the scenic bus to go up the mountain. From the Tourist Center, it's a two-hour bus ride to Leidongping. Then you can hike up (to the monkey area).

Anonymous Userhis place is near the Emeishan train station, which is convenient for travelers who need to go to the station early in the morning to buy tickets or visit Emeishan by bus. The hotel seems to have been open for a very long time, and the renovation appears quite old-fashioned. However, this doesn’t significantly affect the overall cleanliness of the hotel, although some areas might not be as clean due to the age of the building. During our stay, the toilet bowl was clogged. We informed the front desk before leaving, and the issue was resolved by the time we returned. The breakfast is average with limited options, but every morning a staff brings it to our room. Since the breakfast is free and included, there isn’t much to complain about. Overall, this place is value for money.

Extremely satisfied with our trip! This hotel offers incredible value for money.
We originally booked a Roman-themed room, but we arrived quite early, and our room wasn't ready yet. A staff member at the front desk named Wu Yujia kindly upgraded us to a balcony king room in the main building. She even added us on WeChat to keep us informed about the hotel's activity schedule and other details.
The room was quite spacious. Although the hotel facilities looked a bit dated, they paid great attention to details; even the toothbrushes were of good quality, not the cheap kind.
Just a heads-up: the outdoor hot springs only open after 1:30 PM.
The hotel provides a shuttle bus service to and from the high-speed rail station, which is very convenient. From 9:30 PM to 10:30 PM, the restaurant also offers a late-night snack service – very thoughtful! We accidentally left our child's swimsuit in the changing room, and they were kind enough to keep it safe for us.
When we checked out, they even gave us a souvenir. Overall, a very satisfying stay.
The breakfast also featured Leshan's local specialties like tofu pudding and 'ka bing' (a type of flatbread).

Guest UserThe hotel is very close to the cable car, and dining is quite convenient. The owners are very welcoming and enthusiastic. My friends and I came to Mount Emei for a self-driving trip, but cars can only go as far as the Zero Kilometer parking lot, from where you have to take a shuttle bus up Mount Emei.

We stayed at this hotel in August 2025 with two elderly family members. The room was clean and tidy, and the hotel service was excellent. It rained during our mountain visit, but thankfully, our room came equipped with an electric blanket. It was incredibly comfortable to warm up the bed before going to sleep. The hotel's food was decent and reasonably priced.
