Torre Capranica

We didnt have a great experience here... It started out with the multiple floors of stairs which we can cope with... then no bed-sheets, so asked them to come back to provide sheets for the bed. We had no hot water for 2 of the 6 days, and had to buy our own toilet paper and hand soap which given the nightly price was a bit of an insult. The kitchen is scarecely stocked, so not really enough items to cook for yourself, and we had no dishwash and only one dish towel for a 6 night stay. I just felt that value for money the service was apalling and we have since had whats-app messages from them which i would consider slightly abusive. Rome was amazing, and the location was central, just not a great organisation to deal with.

We booked boldly Torre Caparanica despite quite a few of the TripAdvisor reviews, which we have thought were based on unusually unrealistic expectations, and we were not wrong. First the location- so central and so quiet at the same time, on Piazza Capranica, in the middle of the middle of Pantheon area of Rome! The room was spacious, greatly decorated, without even mentioning a superb masterpiece on the ceiling and the upper parts of the walls. The staff were extraordinary welcoming, friendly and helpful. everything worked like a charm, from airport transfer to the reception. As we were entering the building I was trying to figure out what were all those complaints in reviews that I had read about. The area is super safe, the entry to the building is quite grandiose, and the room that we stayed in was marvelous. And no, I do not think that the elevator is small in contrary, I though it just added to the feeling of cosiness of the entire building. All in all, a great experience, worth maximum rating!

Great location. Easy and friendly contact with the staff. Not a good place for people tjat cannot walk in stairs but for perfect for everyone else.

This place was WONDERFUL!! The location cannot be beat! There was a small elevator to use but I will note our apar**ent was on top of the 4th floor so lots of stairs. Just good info for travelers to be aware in case mobility issues or small space issues. But you should book this place based on the location alone!! Right in the heart of Rome. 3 min from the Pantheon. 10 min to Trevi 12 min to Spanish Steps. 10 min to bus stops for hop on hop off tours. Wonderful hosts that were helpful and kind. 10stars from us! Thank you for your hospitality and kindness. We would gladly come back again! Photo from the patio. Ciao!!

Absolutely loved my stay here. Highly recommend it. It’s centrally located, spacious, clean and the hosts were very responsive and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again.

What a find! We were met by a friendly member of staff who took us to our room and mate sure we had everything we needed. The location is fantastic. It was clean, very comfortable and within easy walking distance to everything.

Really nice cosy apar**ent in the heart of Rome. Excellent staff. Would come again any time.
