"The photo of booking a triple room shows three beds. When we checked in, we were only given a double bed and a sofa bed. The hotel said they did not have a three-bed room and there was no room like the one in the photo. I felt a bit cheated because I only stayed in one room. Forget it later"

"We spent 5 nights at this hotel. Unfortunately i had asked for a ground floor room but we were put on the top floor. Room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was brilliant for the price. My partner left his mobile phone in the room and i contacted them and paid postage. Phone was delivered to the UK within 2 days and to the house 3 days later. Well done and thank you to all the stafff concerned"

"The negative points : Reception hours with staff only from 5 p.m. while you can arrive from 3 p.m. You have to read on the door how to enter and go to the terminal at the gate to be able to enter, a hassle if you are in a hurry and if it is raining. No soap near the sink next to the toilet, you have to get into the shower to get soap. Tourist tax not included in the room price. Expensive breakfast for what is offered. The positive points : everything else"

"The attentiveness, of Sebastian, was amazing!!! We arrived late, for breakfast, so he opened up, for us & we enjoyed a great start to our holiday. He was so obliging & nothing was too much trouble. On our return trip he was there & it was so humbling to see his gestures of "From the heart." We use this hotel every time travel to France, via Caen, & can't believe it is only 2 stars, as rooms a clean, comfortable & breakfast is lovely."
