Very nice lactation. Can enjoy the sunrise and sunset at the beach, which is just 1 minutes walking from the back door of Hotel. Also you can get refreshed at the bars on the beach✌️

The hotel is comfortable with convenient location, close to airport and the city. One thing needs to be improved is the shower. The divider doesn’t work well that the water leaked all the way to the floor making the bathroom so wet. Other than this, the overall stay is good.

Hotel offers free shuttle bus 👍👍👍👍👍 When arrived at airport we just give hotel a call and the minibus soon came to collect us. Thank you driver Hermes , who was very friendly and helped carry our suitcases. Reception👍👍👍👍👍 Andrea and Natalie very helpful and friendly , in the end allowed later check out 1pm . Close to airport, has shuttle , close to beach and restaurants. Room is pretty, I got a free upgrade to a sea view room, staff is friendly and respectful

Cons: • Aging Facilities: The hotel is showing signs of wear and tear. • Poor Window Insulation: Cold air seeped in at night, but the staff promptly provided a portable Honeywell heater, which helped. Important Safety Warning: DO NOT LOCK THE TOILET DOOR A serious safety issue occurred when my friend got locked inside the toilet (which is in a separate room from the bathroom). The door wouldn’t open, and we had to call the reception for help. Fortunately, I was in the room with her! Shockingly, the staff mentioned that this had happened before, with a previous guest screaming for help until a neighbor intervened. After firmly addressing the issue, the hotel assured us that they had ordered a new lock system for the entire property. As an apology, they also offered us a fruit plate and a souvenir, which we appreciated. However, I believe it’s important to highlight this issue for future guests. Final Verdict: While the service was excellent, and the hotel handled our concerns well, the safety issue with the toilet lock is something potential guests should be aware of. If insulation and safety are a priority, you might want to wait until the renovations are complete. Otherwise, the service and hospitality were top-notch, making it a decent choice for a stay in Nice.

Amazing location, very close to the beach, loads of restaurants and also the massive cap3000 shopping centre. I didn't eat at the hotel restaurant but my friend did and said there wasn't any organisation at breakfast and was a poor selection especially for 20 euros. The room was a good size with 2 double beds, bathroom was a good size but there was some mould in places. They have a small gym that is open 24/7, 1 bike, 1 treadmill, 1 stepper some weights and mats, water machine and towels which once used you can put in a box for them to wash. Reception were friendly. Would stay here again.

I booked an airport pickup, was told it would arrive in 10 minutes, but waited over 20 minutes. The lobby staff provided average service, not proactively greeting or acknowledging guests, and seemed rather cold. The Wi-Fi was down for over 12 hours due to a malfunction.

The hotel has a private beach, is very close to a large shopping mall, and a bus stop. There are many restaurants nearby, and the staff are friendly. However, the room is quite old, and the bathroom/toilet did not work properly.

The staff were super nice and made our stay there very pleasant. We would like to mention Hermes. He was such a nice gentlemen and always there to provide us useful tips on navigating Nice. Our room was cleaned everyday and bottled water was topped up. Kudos to the housekeeper. One feedback though was that they do not deliver amenities to the room. We have to go to the reception to ask for them. The view from our room was fantastic. You got to see it yourself. Beautiful!

Good for transit stay for 2-3 days and it’s easy to travel to any direction from the hotel by train (railway station is in 10 minutes by walk from the hotel), direct access to the sea which is also nice, in 5 minutes by walk from one of the biggest shopping malls Cap 3000

Hotel is nice but price is bit high if you compare to others in same location.But room size is quite big.

The room is spacious, up to date decor with a spectacular sea view room. They provide Nespresso coffee dispenser (2 free capsules) per day. Coin laundry is within 5 mins walking distance. Lots of eateries nearby. Private car park garage is a bit difficult to find, €10/night. Alternatively, there is also a lot of meter parking available. I would definitely come back if I visit Nice again. Only downside is our bathtub had a leak and after each short shower, the floor got wet. Since we only stay for 2 nights, we did not bother to ask for another room.

Location is very good, near to airport as well as to the beach. Shopping center and bus station also within walking distance. Great!!

Lovely hotel close to the airport. Quiet and peaceful area to enjoy right next to the beach compared to the city centre which is more crowded. Had a really spacious, clean and cosy room. About 30 minutes on the bus to Old Nice - can buy tickets by the bus stop on the machine. Also, there’s a free service to the airport which was super handy - book at the reception. There is a local shopping centre nearby for food and general shopping. Would recommend.
