"My wife and I (both 70) stopped by The Orchard Inn looking for a remote get-a-way destination for ourselves and family. Being this is advertised as a “dog friendly” venue, our 5 1/2 YO Bichon/ShihTzu mix was with us during our visit. Our dog was harnessed and secured on a leash. The property advertises as being “pet friendly” even having an unsecured “friendly greeter dog” (a boxer named Roxie) listed as one of its attractions. Our experience with this dog was ANYTHING BUT friendly, as it attempted to maul/attack our small dog. Fortunately both myself and our dog Jessie only suffered minor injuries. Needless to say we will be going nowhere near this property in the future. Please be WARY of this dog, especially if you have a pet or very small children with you."

"From start to finish, our stay at the Orchard Inn for my sister’s wedding was incredible. The staff made us feel so comfortable and cared for. The accommodations, gardens and views are SO beautiful! The food was AMAZING, and farm to table. Chef Stewart wowed the entire wedding party with his amazing culinary talents. He even went as far as to prepare our send off breakfast, a delicious veggie frittata with homemade pastries, extra early so we could eat before leaving for our flights. The spa and yoga center had all us ladies feeling relaxed and ready for the big Wedding day. Whether you’re looking for a memorable & delicious dinner or brunch in a beautiful Mountain View setting, or a cozy place to stay as you explore the area…..This is the place to visit or stay, hands down. 5+ Stars all around. "
