Everything was good just that hotel did not know i had 2 nights stay their system was showing one night. For that i had to keep contacting trip.com to resolve the issue. So cause me unnecessary stress when i had to focus on work but i was invested in get the stay issue resolved.

What a beautiful hotel, perfect location- stunning views & about a 25 minute walk to fisherman’s wharf. Staff were lovely & helpful & the room was perfect. Everything you could need, extremely clean & quiet. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again & will definitely recommend.

Good location Quiet and safe

Old money style hotel. The service is very good. The room was very clean and the bed and bathroom linens were clean and comfortable. The hotel is on Nebel Mountain, quiet, the streets are clean, and very safe! Give a full 5 star rating!

The rooms are old and have limited facilities. It's very close to China Town, about 2-3 blocks away. It's a bit tiring to walk, and the uphill and downhill slopes are too steep. There is a T floor at the top of the hotel where you can see a 360-degree view. If you want to take an Uber or something like that at the door, you have to go outside.

1. Facilities: The hotel does not provide toothbrushing and toiletry equipment, but shampoo, hair care and bath products, towels and hair dryers; 2. Items: The hotel does not provide mineral water or boiled water. Chinese people need to make plans when traveling. Capsule coffee and tea are updated every two days. I did not ask for them and did not give them. They said they would replenish them every two days. The jet lag coffee was not enough🤭 ; 3. Service: The hotel's front desk service is quite satisfactory, and the doorman's service attitude is good. 4. Surroundings: The hotel is on a slope, two roads away from CHINATOWN. You can walk all the way from the hotel to Fisherman's Wharf, just in time to visit all the attractions; 5. Catering: In addition to Chinese food, the nearby Mexican food is also good, and one serving is enough for two people; 6. Safety: I encountered homeless people not far from Fisherman’s Wharf. I immediately ran away when I saw them from a distance. I didn’t encounter them in other places and I didn’t dare to go out at night, so I don’t know whether there are homeless people at night; 7. Transportation: Dangdang cars and small trains are very convenient. Huawei mobile phones and Chinese numbers (roaming) are more restricted. Google Maps is very inconvenient to use. Uber is limited. Taxis are too expensive for RMB billing. ; 8. Whether they are anti-Chinese: Ordinary people are relatively friendly, enthusiastic, and polite on the surface, and they have not encountered extreme people who are anti-Chinese; 9. Travel experience: not crowded, residents live a relatively leisurely life, sportswear is popular, shark pants per capita, mountain town, frequent climbs and downhills, with an average of more than 20,000 steps per day.

The location of the hotel is very good. It is on the hillside of SF. The scenery is good. It is not far from Union Square. The facilities of the old hotel are a bit old for some years. However, the hygiene is not bad and the service staff has a good attitude! The breakfast is average, not a buffet and no Chinese breakfast. Although breakfast is included, it is customary in the United States to remember to tip (at your own expense). The price during JPM hahaha. . .

Booked a so-called suite for more than 2,000 a night, but the room was just a large single room! Room number 1019, tenth floor, next to the elevator! I couldn't sleep all night, and after leaving the hotel, my mind was still full of the noise of the elevator going up and down! 😱
