Only 3 hours of breakfast and then you can't even have a coffee, no room service, never hot water, terrible cable channels, no Wi-Fi in bedrooms, no drawers, no closet, four hangers. A real disaster. Only the good disposition of the staff saves it.

The hotel has a very clean room, with good space and air conditioning. There is a minibar with some drinks that cost a lot more than buying them at the supermarket. The bathroom is very complete, has a hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner and liquid soap. There weren't many options for breakfast, I missed having a sandwich maker to make a hot sandwich, as the machine there only “transformed” the sliced ​​bread into toast. The location of the hotel is good and you can walk to Praça 24 de Setembro. It is a more residential area and has few restaurant and bar options to go to at night, so you will need to take transport to go to bars and restaurants. The Wi-Fi was a little slow, which could be bad for those who intend to travel from home.

As it was a work trip, the location was very important and in that regard it was excellent. But it is a basic hotel, simple but comfortable and clean rooms, poor wifi and a very simple breakfast. The staff guarantee top marks, they are attentive and very friendly, look for Eva.
