The room design is reasonable and comfortable, and the size is suitable. There are waterproof flip-flops, slippers for the room, juice and wine are provided. The girls at the front desk are very warm and friendly. They helped us book a 5-hour boat for the Aegean Sea in the afternoon. After the boat cruise, the driver took us directly to the airport. Regarding the room swimming pool, you can lean against it to soak and watch the sea, but it is not long enough for one person to lie down; you can't swim. If the hotel picks up the boat at 2:15 or 2:40 in the afternoon, you may be sent to the airport at 8 o'clock, and you can book a flight at 9:30 in the evening. We booked a flight back to Athens at 10:55 in the evening, so we had to wait at the airport early. It costs more than 4K a night, so book at your discretion. I only booked one night.

Very good experience! Quiet and hygienic. You can't miss the after-sun treatment in the cave located in the hotel. All the staff are very enthusiastic.

The hotel's rooms are all spacious and bright sea view suites, with independent balconies and swimming pools. The room facilities and bedding are all five-star hotel standards. The service at the front desk and restaurant is absolutely top notch, pretty much the best I have ever experienced. The location of the hotel is also very good in Oia, and the restaurant next to the pool has a great view for breakfast and dinner. The quality of breakfast and dinner is also very high. If you want to experience a high-end vacation in Santorini, it is definitely worth a try.

The hotel has a good view and a good location, but the hotel check-out time is too early at 11 o'clock, and there is no kettle in the room, which is not humane enough. The breakfast wasn't particularly tasty either.

Very bad review. I booked Dali in China. The Ctrip platform did not give me any hints to recommend a foreign hotel for me to book. I accidentally booked your hotel abroad. I didn’t fill in my passport information, so I paid directly for the price of 13418 After discovering that I booked a wrong foreign hotel, I asked for a refund. The hotel, including Ctrip, cannot refund a penny. This is completely extorting consumers.

Nothing wrong with it except the high price

Just departed the absolutely impeccable Canaves Oia Suites and want to share! We chose the Oia Suites to experience the fantastic views, accommodations and service . My family has been blessed to travel abroad on many occasions. This trip is for my husband and my 25th Wedding Anniversary and we could not be any more pleased then we were ! Everything was impeccable from the moment we arrived at the establishment. The rooms are situated in spaces that were formally wine caves from the 17th Century. Our room was small compared to our typical rooms, but, you are in a 17th Century cave y’all! Simple yet elegant decor and modern bathroom with double showers ( water pressure is good ! ) Our suite was C36 and we had a nice small pool overlooking the caldera ( water where Volcano erupted around 1613 BC. Stunning views of Santorini and surrounding isles. Service was probably some of the best we have received. All staff is smiling and truly gracious and aims to please. We spent 4 nights there ( we feel that is very adequate for Santorini ) before continuing to Mykonos. ( review coming post departure) Many thank to the entire staff , you outdid yourselves . Shout out Vlad and assistant serving Breakfast! You perfected my dream crepe’s and sharing in your experiences are a highlight of my stay! STAY HERE!!!

Amazing property with luxury, private plunge pools with gorgeous views, wonderful Greek food, and staff that are kind, helpful, and trained to make your stay and experience you will not forget.

We chose canaves suits for our honeymoon vacation and the experience was beyond magical. Every corner of the property is beautiful and picture worth. Our suit was also wonderful, clean and spacious with care to detail. But what stood out the most was the staff, everyone was friendly, extremely helpful and seemed to genuinely care about the guests which made you feel at home. Also the food was outstanding, congratulations to the chef !

Canaves Suites was an INCREDIBLE experience! The property is gorgeous and located (right in town but still accessible by car and also in a quieter section)… we have stayed in many great hotels around the world but the team at Canaves is what makes the hotel so special. Every single member of the staff was so attentive, friendly and seemed genuinely excited to share what they love about the island with the guests. They went above and beyond, always anticipating what we might need and made sure we felt right at home. The food was also outstanding. Extra shoutout to Christos at the restaurant for his excellent menu recommendations :)

A spectacular property. The view and service are unmatched. We had a problem which was quickly and kindly fixed - and had a great stay. Loved the restaurant at the Canaves property next door - Adami - great evening views, service and food (be sure to try the fried tomatoes). Situated right in the town of Oia, it is not difficult to get around. I hugged the manager Fay when we left because she was so nice and helpful.

The services from arrival to departure was all five star. Friendly staff , beautiful property, delicious food. It’s the full package of five star excellence. The front desk staff made us feel welcome Immediately and the wait staff at the pool and restaurant were always two steps ahead of our needs. And always with a smile
