JW Marriott Hotels in Sanya

Good services provided by hotel staff especially the manage in-charge Vivi, always delivering prompt assistance and very considerate. Room is large and clean, although it’s a bit humid since the hotel location is just next to the sea. Good food and amenities as well. Overall experience is good.

this hotel had a nice exterior and lobby with many bars within walkable distance. Rooms showed some signs of ageing. We are very grateful that Zita from JW Marriott Singapore helped us contact Andre and Jam from JW Marriott Dadonghai bay who managed to help us upgrade our room to a seaview. The view was excellent with unobstructed views of the sea. Front desk lobby staff were helpful and showed initiative and the chefs manning the live station informed us of possible allergens in meals. Card reader in lifts often failed to read our cards and turndown service felt slipshod but overall the stay was comfortable and relaxing. 这酒店从外头看起来很漂亮，也很豪华。大堂也不错，门前还有水可以喝。酒店附近有很多酒吧能走得到。可惜房间感觉有点旧。很感谢新加坡的jw万豪帮我们联系了Jam 和 Andre，使我们能升级到海景房。大堂的员工态度都很不错，很自动。看到客人会上前问有什么能帮助的。早餐厨师会看到客人不要某些调料会自动提出说当心客人对食物敏感。电梯很多次都读不了门卡是我们一直要回前台换卡。房间夜床服务感觉也有点草率。当总体来说我们觉得住得相当的舒服。
