The hotel was spotlessly clean in every area. The view was stunning, especially at night. I was pleasantly surprised by the complimentary fresh fruit delivered to the room—a thoughtful touch I haven’t experienced even in $3000+ hotels in Singapore. The service was exceptional, and the stay was truly memorable!

Returning for a cycling trip along the Binjiang after more than a year, I found the hotel's overall service to be even better and more personalized. They upgraded my room upon check-in to one with a wide-open river view, a sun-drenched sofa bed, and a large bathtub with a full set of amenities visible. The adorable animal sculptures at the entrance to the family floor and in the room itself were a charming touch. The room decor was tasteful and full of thoughtful details. Breakfast was bountiful, and the family activities were well-planned and fun. All the hotel staff were smiling, and my child had an absolute blast.

I stayed here with my mom for two days. The front desk arranged a room near the elevator. The lake view was excellent, and it was beautiful at night.

We ordered takeout, and the soup spilled, dripping out. The guy ran off quickly. The concierge at the door helped me pack the food in a bag. I was very grateful.

The Chinese restaurant had delicious food, beautiful utensils, and attentive service. The vegetables were a little old and stuck in our teeth. We asked who had floss, and the waiter immediately brought some.

Passing through Shenzhen this time, I blindly picked this hotel on Ctrip and it turned out to be really great! First off, the location is a huge plus! It's right next to the subway station, just a 2-minute walk away, which is super convenient whether you're catching an early flight or heading out to meet clients. There are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby, so you don't have to go far if you want a late-night snack or need to buy essentials. The room was more spacious and tidier than I expected, with a simple yet elegant decor and all the amenities you could need. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the mattress had just the right amount of firmness. After a long day of business travel, lying down instantly made me relax, and my sleep quality was excellent. The bathroom had a great wet/dry separation, the hot water supply was prompt and the temperature was stable, and the toiletries were of good quality without any harsh scents. The guest services team also deserves a big shout-out – their service was excellent! I'd definitely come back if I have the chance!

The hotel receptionist is helpful, patiently answering our questions and requests. Thanks go to Davis, who explained the detailed arrangements the hotel has prepared for us to celebrate our wedding anniversary.  The guest room's view overlooking Qianhai Bay is magnificent. In-room amenities live up to JW Marriott's branding. However, the room's decor looks aged, and particularly, stains are found on the tiles in the bathroom area. We visited the hotel’s Chinese restaurant for lunch. Maybe it was a Sunday, and the venue was packed with customers. Improvement is necessary for easier table arrangement. We waited for 20 minutes and left for our room. After 15 minutes, we returned and found that our ticket number had past due. Finally, the receptionist found us a table for two as the high customer traffic had subsided at around 1:45 pm. We are a bit disappointed with the dim sum we ordered and realized that it is a consigned restaurant to which JW Marriott has outsourced. Their service and food standards cannot be compared with those of Man Ho Chinese Restaurant. The hotel location is quite accessible, within a 10-minute walk to the Oh Bay waterfront park and shopping complex, which is full of shops and eateries. It has been a very pleasant stay for us. We will recommend the hotel without reservations.

I want to sincerely thank the staff at Jw Marriott Marquis Dubai for their warm hospitality, politeness, and outstanding service. A few staff members who made our stay memorable include Alex at the bell desk, who was very helpful and provided clear directions; James at the front desk, who was courteous and friendly during check-in; Rahim at La Farine, who surprised my mom with a birthday cake and was very attentive throughout our dinner; and Sir Mark and Miss Angelie from Guest Relations, who made my mom’s birthday celebration truly special.

Just stayed here we are from Australia and I have nothing but praise for this amazing Hotel
Everything and I mean everything from the moment we checked in until the moment we checked out was beyond exceptionally amazing 
The local bar on-site is amazing they can't do enough for you
The breakfast and the staff also amazing 
Special thanks upon checking in by Beah had organised a room for us straight away even though we we arrived before check in 
Upon checking out Nora who was very pleasant and a lovely smile upon leaving a good impression 
Another staff member Christinan who allowed us a later check out as our flight was not until later in the evening 
Will definitely be recommending this hotel to.whoever we know that will be visiting Dubai and this will be the only place to stay when we come back.
