Mountain Design Hotel Eden Selva ★★★★
"The hotel is located in the central valley of Selva, featuring relatively new buildings and facilities. It has an underground parking garage. Restaurants and shops are conveniently nearby. The Ciampinoi cable car station is within walking distance, and from the top, you can hike to Sella Pass, a less crowded route with beautiful scenery. We booked a room with a terrace and half board (breakfast and dinner included). The room was decent, and the terrace was large, though the view was a bit restricted. Breakfast was a good buffet. Dinner offered a choice of two options for each course, but the dishes were just average. The service, however, was very polite."
Hotel Alpenroyal - The Leading Hotels of the World ★★★★★
"The staff in reception is really nice and helpful. He explained details about the hotel and its facilities. I also greatly appreciated the waiter who served us at dinner time. He is really polite and gave recommendations on food. I should have stayed more time in the hotel as I especially like their gym room and swimming pool."
Garni Hotel Bel Vert ★★★
"Great location with a scenic view. Super nice staff🤩 Very good breakfast👍 Excellent location for the most iconic routes. Several gondola within a short walk from the hotel."
Hotel Jägerheim 3S ★★★
"We have had the most delightful stay here. This b&b is cozy and bursting with charm. It’s owned by a local family and you can tell they have poured their heart into every detail. The lobby and rooms are full of art by local artisans, and it’s refreshing to stay somewhere with so much heritage. The views cannot be beat. The hotel is in a very quiet location and a stone’s throw from the ski lift. The south facing rooms on the west side of the building have a particularly smashing view of the mountains. There are also fabulous amenities, such as hot tubs, lots of outdoor seating, a trampoline and a spa, yet the hotel is still small and intimate. Breakfast is an amazing spread complete with soft boiled eggs, fresh squeezed, juices, and bread with fresh honeycomb. We’ve also opted to eat dinner in every night and it’s always an impeccable 4 course meal. The owners even take the effort to switch out the table scape and theme every night. I’m so impressed by the level of love and the attention to detail that they have for this place."
Giardin Boutique Hotel B&B ★★★
"We had such a fantastic week skiing in Val Gardena, and staying at your beautiful hotel made it even better. Your kindness, hospitality, and all the great tips on where to ski (and where to eat!) really made our trip special. We looked forward to your advice every single day. Tami and I absolutely loved exploring the Selva area, but honestly, what we’ll remember most is how warm and welcoming you and your team were. You helped create a memory we’ll hold onto for a long time. You, your staff, and your hotel get an easy 10/10 from us. We really hope to see you both again in 2028!"
Hotel Tyrol ★★★★
"Gorgeous renovated hotel. Luxurious upholstery and furnishings everywhere. The spa includes indoor and outdoor pools and multiple saunas. Meals were good. Cozy intimate bar, The hotel staff is kind and attentive. Surrounded by gorgeous mountains and trails."
Hotel Granbaita Dolomites ★★★★★
"We stayed for a week with 2 kids in this wonderful hotel. First I would like to mention good points about this property, because there are quite a few. The hotel is newly renovated in an impressive way. The design, smart architectural solutions, the quality of the materials and the furniture in the main areas are of the very high standards. The reception staff was very professional, helpful and friendly. We stayed in an old room (there are also new suites), but it was still well maintained, clean and spacious for our family. The beds are very good, the sleep quality is excellent. The only thing I missed was a proper, not broken make-up mirror and a good light in a bathroom. You can rent the skies and other equipment at the hotel and it went very smooth. The shuttle service is also very good. The bar and the lounge area are very inviting, the barmens were professional, friendly and the bar was well-stocked. Spa area (saunas) are very good, the quality of the massages was excellent, but I have a feeling they are understaffed (booking a day in advance was not possible). The pool area was OK, but it felt that its a bit outdated. A few essential aspects though must be improved to match the ambition of one of the few 5 star hotels in the area. The FOOD: the quality of the food during a dinner was not consistent. Some dishes were good, others were bland, sloppy. The buffet was diverse, but sometimes I had a feeling the dishes were prepared a day before. The breakfast was good. We've also noticed that there is a lack of a senior staff in a dining area. Comparing to other hotels of this level, where the cooperation between the kitchen and the dining service staff is a well-oiled machine, here it is not the case. It takes some time to fix that."
Hotel Acadia - Mountain Home ★★★★
"I booked a Deluxe Double Room through Trip.com, but the room I received was a standard looking room with two single beds and did not match the photos or description. When I spoke to the front desk, they blamed Trip.com and made little effort to resolve the issue at first. They also said a bathtub had to be requested in advance, although this was not mentioned during booking. After about 10 minutes, they changed my room to the one I had booked, but the experience was still frustrating and disappointing."
Grand Hotel Wolkenstein ★★★★
"I can only advise you not to go to this hotel or at least you should just hope you don't get hurt. I was unlucky enough to fall on a step that wasn't visible inside the spa and I broke my foot. I immediately reported the incident and was told that they didn't have accident insurance. I had to leave the next day to go to the hospital and get treatment. Their response was that we had to pay for at least a second night and in the end, after discussions, we had to pay the entire amount of 4 nights that we were supposed to stay. I can only advise you to stay away also because, if you get hurt, they will tell you that you insinuated that you had hurt yourself inside the hotel even when you entered on your own two feet and left limping."

Freina Dolomites Hotel
"We stayed at hotel Freina in early February. We had stayed previously 9 years ago. The hotel has change greatly with a lot of modernisation but the overall feel had not changed. The family and staff are so friendly. The service was wonderful. Special mention to Roberto, Manuel and Thiago who looked after us very well. The breakfasts and dinners were wonderful. The hotel is truly ski in and ski out. The boot room has had a significant upgrade which was a real treat. As a large family group we have a very pleasant stay and will be back."
ArtHotel Anterleghes - Gardenahotels
"4 fantastic days, excellent hotel, we took advantage of the snack at the bar and nothing to say it seemed like a small pastry shop, we went up for dinner and found another surprise: a fantastic appetizer buffet, excellent dinners worthy of more than 4 stars and perfect service with a very professional touch, we hope to return in March, thanks"
Boutique & Fashion Hotel Maciaconi - Gardenahotels
"Everything within the spa and hotel is finished to the highest standard all very clean and new. Quiet location. With direct access with the bus outside or on foot to the slopes . We didn’t eat in their restaurant but the breakfast had a good selection . Staff were very helpful "

Hotel Monte44
"Spectacular location and service, with a strategic position for skiing thanks to the proximity of bus stops. Monika is extremely helpful, kind and nice. Beautiful place to stay"
Hotel Somont
"English: We stayed in this hotel in Selva di Valgardena for 4 nights because we couldn't find a place in our "heart" hotels in Selva and Ortisei where we have been going for many years. The hotel is a beautiful structure behind a ski slope, but many things are off-putting in the management that can be criticized in many aspects already at first glance... the distance with the customer. First of all it is not a 4 star, at most it would deserve 3. The room lacks a boiler with capsules and tea bags, in the bathroom, very dated, there is no welcome kit, the hairdryer is an 80s model with only one speed without the possibility of having cold air and the sanitization strap is missing. Decent room with an empty mini bar and not even a bottle of water on arrival which in a "real 4 star" are refilled daily. The food is terrible... This is ONE STAR. The breakfast is poor, with repetitive and mediocre quality products, no local products except slices of speck. There was no typical Tyrolean cheese except one cut into microscopic rectangles, which disappeared immediately, instead there were abundant Emmental and Provola ... with a flavor that I cannot describe. Cappuccino always cold and watered down like the undrinkable espresso. We chose half-board accommodation, an unfortunate choice, money wasted, in short, in the hotel there is no sense of hospitality from the owners that we have noticed in other accommodation facilities in Val Gardena where we are always pampered and we feel at ease in everything with snacks, tea and afternoon snacks and divinely good food. Here it does not seem to be in Val Gardena, the philosophy of the owners is exclusively aimed at SAVING IN EVERYTHING. The hotel does NOT have a shuttle that takes you to the ski lifts which are equipped with all the other facilities in Selva and Ortisei where we have stayed over the years. In the review I attach photos of the dishes, which give an example of what (WE DID NOT EAT) which as you can see had portions that were ridiculous to say the least, less than pediatric and many of them were inedible. One evening, it seems like a joke, asking for parmesan for a miniature dish distantly related to the real spiätzle, the waitress poured a teaspoon and took away the cheese dish!!! The desserts... are not worthy of being called such for portion and type.. One evening there was a microscopic scoop of melted ice cream that I refused to eat because it was an affront to decency. The appetizers... non-existent, if you arrived after 8:30 pm the few trays present remained empty. Fortunately, knowing the restaurants in Selva and Ortisei we ate divinely at lunch and enjoyed some exquisite strudel and Sacher. If you want to have a holiday in Selva in the name of serenity and cordiality and want to feel respected, go elsewhere, for four days I spent €1,750 which is too much for the (services) that the structure does not (offer) and for the lack of hospitality, coldness and lack of response"
Muline Lodge
Kristiania Small Dolomites Hotel
"Kristiania is a wonderful family hotel. We have been coming there for many years and are always very satisfied. Service, rooms and half board are good value for money. The ski bus is right outside the door and takes you to the lifts. Kristiania We can recommend Kristiania."
Romantik & Family Hotel Gardenia
"We were a group of seven, a mix of family and friends, on a skiing trip to Val Gardena, and the experience was outstanding. The hotel is located just 150 meters from the Col Raiser ski lift, and you can ski almost all the way back to the front entrance, which was incredibly convenient. Ski storage is well organized, with personal lockers that include heating for boots and gloves, a small detail that made a big difference after long days on the slopes. The gym is well equipped and had everything we needed, and the hot tubs were perfect for relaxing in the afternoons. We stayed with breakfast and dinner included, and the food quality exceeded expectations. Dinner was a four course meal every evening, consistently excellent. Our host, Carmelo, was exceptionally kind and professional. He went above and beyond to make sure everyone was comfortable and well taken care of. He provided especially thoughtful service to my wife, who is pregnant, ensuring that all meals were completely pregnancy friendly. On our departure day, despite our early morning checkout before breakfast hours, he made sure we had breakfast and water bottles ready for us, which was very much appreciated. We rented our ski equipment from Intersport in St. Christina and received a 10 percent discount through the hotel. On departure, we simply left the equipment in the changing room, and Intersport collected it the following morning, making the whole process effortless. We truly could not have wished for more. Everything was perfect, and we would happily return."
Suites Hotel Garden
"Very good and equipped hotel. I recommend it. The room is very clean. The three type of sauna top. The view top."
Hotel Antares
"Great service. Surprise early check in when we came to put bags in for luggage storage. Close to bus station"
Savoy Dolomites Luxury & Spa Hotel
"We stayed for the Christmas period (5 nights) in this wonderful hotel and if the initial expectations were high, during our stay, perhaps they went even beyond what we had imagined. Beautiful structure in every room from the hall to the lounge with circular fireplace, passing through the SPA and the room (very large and clean but with a small box of electrical wires uncovered). The Ski Room is very comfortable and takes you directly to the slopes with the lift; the massages in the SPA were very good, I recommend them. I didn't give excellence because there is something that in my opinion can be improved especially in a hotel of this caliber. Dinner is sometimes too elaborate (with really small portions) and the buffet is varied and plentiful but too repetitive (the prices of the drinks seemed a little high to me). Sincere compliments to all the staff who were super helpful, kind and responsive in fixing some small problems that occurred to us (ski rental) even if in some cases they "failed" to provide information (such as the slope to take to return to the hotel or on the possibility of purchasing the ski pass directly at the hotel) However, it is highly recommended"
