Nice place, clean and safe in a good location, although the street is busy during the day it is not loud. The staff was friendly and always available,easily booked trips to the islands and Shuttle to the airport. Great value for money,would stay again.

I have this bed bug bites everywhere on my arms and legs. This is the worst place to stay. I just stayed for a day and i am itchy everywhere. The room floor was ripping apart…. The staff are nice and they do clean the place but still the place is a shithole.

near town and easy to access to shops and jetty. the place also easy to reach. we booked twin room with shared bathroom and they upgraded the room with attached bathroom.

This hostel is located in a small building in town. It has a great location near a gas station, and the seafood market, pier, and Maybank are all within easy walking distance, making it very convenient.

Highly recommended! It's the ultimate value for money! The breakfast is delicious, and there are so many options for those who wake up early. We had a minor hiccup at the beginning, but the owner was very helpful. We ended up trying two different rooms (a dorm and a king-size bed). We slept really well in both. There are quite a few Chinese people staying here, and I saw them chatting and sharing their experiences every day. However, I was so exhausted from island hopping that I just went to my room after showering. Some things to be wary of: It's a bit far from the island hopping pier, so you should allow 15-20 minutes to walk there anyway (or maybe we were just walking slowly). Shoes are not allowed inside the hotel, but the bathroom floor was sometimes wet, so I had to wash my feet after using it. I didn't take any photos of the room, but don't worry, it's exactly what I saw. The public areas are even more welcoming than the photos. Here are some beautiful photos from my island hopping trip.

This youth hostel is really nice. I have a lot of Chinese friends there. The lady boss at the front desk speaks very good Chinese. When you check in, she will try her best to make sure you understand.

It was a great solo trip. The room was beyond my expectations. It was very clean and comfortable. I will come again next time.

A very traditional youth hostel and backpacker's inn, with mixed male and female rooms, and backpackers from all over the world. The overall environment is relatively clean and tidy.

At this price, you can't ask for too much. It can meet basic accommodation needs, but the wooden bed is too shaky.
