i love this hotel 💖, because their friendly staff, clean, delicious breakfast, quick & fast check-in 24hours.. then i extended to stay and ask to stay in the same room. what amazed me, they sent the towel everyday, i even did not ask, they are very caring & tried to lets the guest feel comfort ... i definitely will coming back to this hotel when i come to jeju, bcos their lovely staff 🏵️💖💐

Decent Stay but Poor Parking Design The biggest downside of this hotel is the parking situation—it’s horrendously designed. Cars are allowed to park in the exit lane, meaning there’s only one narrow way to enter and exit, which makes maneuvering a nightmare. On the positive side, the hotel is very affordable, but that also means some compromises. The room provides only a kettle and cup, with no coffee, spoon, toothbrush, or toothpaste, so be sure to bring your own. However, the shower is clean, and there’s a hairdryer available, which is a plus. The view is okay, nothing spectacular, and while the room has a heater, there’s no floor heating, so it might get chilly. Overall, if you’re looking for a budget-friendly stay and can overlook the parking frustrations and minimal amenities, it’s an okay choice.

We really felt welcomed by Mr Bruce Lee at the front desk. It was my senior parents first time to Jeju and he really made us feel comfortable upon arrival. The room was clean and had the basic amenities. The only thing to note is that there isn't a shower curtain or divider so the bathroom floor can get pretty wet. The hotel front desk operates only from 7am to 10pm. This means that you can only collect your car keys within this time frame. You can request if you like to collect the car earlier the day before. However, if you return to the hotel after 10pm, you will have to find your own parking elsewhere. This was probably the only inflexibility we faced. Other than that, the service was impeccable and the hotel provided us with as many bottles of water we wanted. The location was ideal to explore the market and food spots nearby too. The restaurant just beside the restaurant serves amazing food. Highly recommend!

The location is walking distance to Seogwipo Olle Market and south side attractions in Jeju. We have fresh towels and 2 water bottles hanging by the door everyday. ~They will not make up the room even if you press the make up room button, so you need to inform the front desk. The disappointment would only be the cleanliness of carpet and uncertainty if the blanket/pillow and mattress cover were clean thoroughly. The hotel has a bus stop right in front of it and opposite the road. Also quite near to the interchange bus terminal(around 200M). You can move around the island by bus and taxi if you don't want to drive a car. A good experience for us.

Pros - Inexpensive for the size of the room - Quiet due to no nearby shops - Distant ocean view (due to the elevated location) - If there's a problem with the room and you request a replacement, they'll offer a free upgrade if no other room is available. - The room is cleaner than it looks - Heating and cooling are good - Simple cooking is possible (induction stove, sink included) - Good soundproofing - Strong water pressure - Quick response to complaints - Less bugs than expected 2. Cons - No outlet by the bedside (there's one under the indirect light, out of sight, but it's used for both the indirect light and the lighting) - No places to eat nearby - Abandoned building nearby - No over-the-top (OTT) service (only cable TV) - The floor was not cleaned after the bathroom was cleaned, so the edges of the tiles turned white (personal opinion) - The room smelled moldy (they instructed you to turn on the boiler at check-in - turning it on significantly reduces the smell. If you request it, they'll spray an air freshener like Febreze. The bathroom was still slightly damp the next morning. (It smells.) - There's no light button on the remote control (you have to turn on the nightstand light separately. Other lights have buttons on the bedside table.) 3. Overall Review I stayed in a deluxe room in Building B. The room was the same size as in the photo. Aside from the moldy smell, I was generally satisfied. If you're staying alone, it can be a bit boring, so I recommend bringing something to do. I didn't realize it during the day, but when I went to have breakfast in the morning, the parking lot was almost full. Breakfast is rented, so it's so-so unless you're a picky eater.

This place is quite easy to find after you hop off the bus. There are two hotels in one building, so you’ll see the 2 hotel names right beside each other at the check in counter. The staff are friendly and check in went smoothly. They spoke some English and used the translator app to communicate with us (all was good). Our room had a great view which we discovered later when it wasn’t foggy or raining. Our room had the basic amenities but it was very spacious. On the first day, we had 4 hand towels, so we assumed that the two were to use for the shower (similar to another hotel we came from and thought it might be a thing in Jeju). However, the next day we came back from a trip and we had bath towels (maybe next time we’ll just ask them). Well, this hotel has a great location to many food places, coffee shops, seafood market, bank, and most importantly the well known waterfalls. These places are all within walking distances. We noticed that many shops and restaurants open late like 11am onwards, but that’s ok because you have many convenience shops everywhere. We checked out early and asked if we can leave our luggage at reception, the receptionist said yes but only until 1:00pm. However, we came back from the waterfall and saw other luggages were there, so we left it there and went on the submarine tour. We came back at 4:00pm and our luggages were still there and safe. Good place to stay for a short trip.

The hotel boasts a nice pool, and the breakfast spread was quite generous, even including my favorite yogurt, among other treats. They also offer sea-view rooms with stunning ocean vistas, providing a truly idyllic and refreshing experience. The complimentary, very large bottle of water provided by the hotel was a pleasant surprise.

Sufficient parking at the basement. Room is very spacious. Downside is that toilet has no bidet, and the shower stall is not well sealed so the toilet floor gets quite wet and slippery after showers. Kettle not provided in the room but you can request for one from the front desk if needed. Else, convenience store at the lobby closes at 11.30pm. They also provide a list of recommended restaurants nearby. Kbbq opposite the hotel was nice too.

This was an absolute amazing stay. The place was so beautiful, with the traditional Korean house and the outdoor scenery to fully complete the vibes. The Hanbok trying adds on to the experience and we took a lot of beautiful photos. The location was also good, just a ＜10 min drive away from Seogwipo city. House was also exceptionally clean. It was really a very memorable stay!

Great location! Short walk to Seogwipo Maeil Olle Market and there are good restaurants nearby. Location is good for sightseeing towards the east and bottom south area. Parking is free at the adjacent Shin Shin ocean hotel. We booked twin room and family room with ocean view. Room is relatively clean and views of the ocean is lovely. The pillow as many have commented is very thin and the beds are rather hard and not very comfortable. The toilet is clean, but when you bath the water will leak out of the bath and wet the entire bathroom, so we had to use a towel to block the water from leaking out. Perhaps hotel might wanna do something about that.
