Very clean, convenient for public transport, difficult to locate. Staff in person were helpful and kind but online it was very difficult to get information to access the hotel (access code/ room number). It was pretty stressful and I didn’t get the code until 8pm so plan for that in advance!

Located close to metro station. Enough space for big suitcase. Unfortunately, there was some trash from previous guests.

No hot water, floor still cold even they have heater on the floor, air con cannot use.

Not easy to find

There is no reception at the hotel. As soon as you enter the building, you can see the doors of the rooms. Accordingly, to get into the room, you need to get information with a pin code, which I was not sent during the whole day when I was supposed to check in. Only at 8 pm I received a message by email, but the check-in time is at 4. All 4 hours I was forced to sit in a nearby cafe and wait for at least some results, because it was impossible to contact the hotel. I called several times from the airport, from the cafe, not once did they pick up the phone. I had to write to trip.com support, after which it turned out that the hotel does not speak English at all. How is this possible if there is a note that this hotel is ONLY for foreigners?! After I got into the room, thinking that all the problems were behind me, a new trash began. I saw that there was hair on the pillowcase. I don't know why, I sniffed this pillow, after which it immediately became clear that someone had clearly already used this bed linen. I wrote to support again, because I was not going to sleep on this. As a result of VERY long negotiations, the owner of the hotel said that it was already late, so no one would come. They could change everything tomorrow. And how I was supposed to sleep - no one knows. For all 10 days that I rented this accommodation, cleaning was never done, although I wrote to support about this, the hotel said that they would clean, but this never happened. On the ground floor there is a kitchen, in which cockroaches were noticed The photos were taken on the first day. I strongly do not recommend this hotel!

The worst. When I entered the room, the futon on the bed hadn't been cleaned, the towels had been used, and there was trash left behind. This means the room hadn't been cleaned. I've stayed in lots of hostels and backpacker places before, but this was the worst. A place you should never stay at. As expected, I couldn't stay there, so I immediately booked another place to stay and left.

This is my regular place to stay when I go to Korea for beauty treatments. The rooms are clean and it's close to Gangnam, which is convenient. It's unmanned, so I was quite worried when I checked in and when a bug suddenly occurred and I couldn't get into my room. I was able to get in touch with them and get into my room, so it was no problem.

They kindly contacted me and sent me instructions via text message. I recommend this place as a cost-effective place to stay.

The room was large and smelled bad, there were cockroaches in the toilet, and the bed sheets were a bit torn. If you only plan to stay for one night, you may be able to get by. Even if there are special circumstances and emergencies that require checking out, the landlord will not agree, and there is no room for negotiation.

Although small, it has everything. It is only about 200 meters away from the subway station. The room on the first floor is a little damp in the rainy season. Overall, it is good.

I stayed for 2 nights. If you are only staying overnight, it is recommended as it is economical! <Good points> - Towels and hair dryers were provided. The hair dryer was stronger than I expected. - The shower had good water pressure, although it may depend on the room. - There was also a closet, drawers, hangers, a mirror for the upper body, and an extension cord. - I was grateful that there was a stick-type diffuser. I didn't notice any unpleasant smells. <Concerns> - The building is hard to find. - I was troubled because the PIN code for the entrance and room was not sent. . (I borrowed a friend's cell phone and managed to get the information by phone and email.) - I was afraid that bugs might appear. Fortunately, I didn't, but even if I did, I think it would be difficult to ask for help since there is no staff there. - I was bothered by the sound of the lights turning on and off in the neighboring room and the security sound (alarm sound?) at the entrance. It is close to the station, and there are convenience stores and cafes within walking distance. Since it is close to an office district, if you take the subway on a weekday, you should be careful of the rush hour.

On the first day, I had a really hard time getting into the building because the main gate password and room password didn't arrive at my registered email address. I can't help but think that the room is worth the price. I stayed here twice on different dates, and the first time I stayed in a room on the first floor, the room was small, but it wasn't a problem as I was only going to sleep. The second time I stayed there, I was surprised to find a room on the second floor that was the same price but even smaller lol. In particular, the shower flow was slow, and although the water flowed well, when the water turned hot it only came out slowly, making it difficult to take a shower. The water flow should be fixed. It's a cheap bed with loose spring tension, and it's okay for a day or two, but if you stay for a week or more, your body will wake up in the morning feeling pounded lol. There is a laundry service, microwave, kettle, water server, and all-you-can-drink coffee service in the basement, and you can also rent plates and cooking utensils, so it was a great environment to be able to cook freely. It has great access, just 1.2 minutes walk from Kyodee Station (Seoul National University of Education)! ! Accessible to Lines 2 and 3 There is a convenience store called CU nearby, and there are many restaurants nearby, so the location is convenient. Overall, I am satisfied that I was able to stay here for this price even though the shower was not good. But please fix the shower for future guests! !
