The hotel's decor is a bit dated, but it's generally clean. If traveling alone, it's safer to book a chain hotel. Delivery is delivered to the front desk downstairs. If you need it delivered upstairs, it's handled by a robot, which can be slow. The only downside is the subway ride is quite convoluted. You have to walk along a zigzag path and go around an overpass to get to the station. If you're traveling alone and have a lot of luggage, I recommend taking a taxi.
