Very convenient, love the spacious room, facilities and the location. My 2nd stay with Core Soho BKA

Nice place to stay. Very spacious and comfortable. Places for food with affordable prices are also available just around this appartment. Families with kids would love this place so much. Easy access to and from the airport make it much more easier.

The location was great, mall, restaurants, groceries, shops just walking distance. The room was clean, easy to check in.  Small leaking in the toilet hose. But, overall everything was good. 👍

Comfy beds and convenient location near grocery stores. However, the house was infested with cockroaches, they came out at night and even flying. The cabinets, plates, and utensils had a strong cockroach smell, and unfortunately, the towels also had a bad odor, just like they hadn’t been washed.

Security was good. Logbook security. Access card required from parking to Soho suite. Whatsapp owner to get instructions on how to check-in. Clear instructions. Location wise. Kipmall, ninso, food truck , laundry just below the building. Soho suite with pool view. For future, maybe owner can provide washing machine so tenant can do laundry inside. Only 2 towel provided, despite having 3 people in booking. Good for short stay.

We landed around 8.30pm after collecting luggage we took a grab there. Our grab driver turned 2 rounds at the area, can’t find the exact location. So I called up the owner, he doesn’t want to guide us instead asking me to see the msg they sent got attached location map. The problem was we already at that area only can’t find the entrance can’t he just guide us ? After we found the entrance, the door is locked. He told me to go to the letter box to get the key. OMG 😨 nobody open the door, how to enter to get the keys…. Called the owner 3 times he didn’t answer. Luckily a nice guy came asking us what is our problem. After that he helped us to open the door (with his access key, he is staying there).  The neighbour hoods were very noisy, talking and laughing outside till 1am.  The unit aircon is leaking too 😏

It was 2 time i've stayed at this place, as i liked it since the 1 visit. I've even got the same room:) Location is great - a lot of shops, restaurants around, laundry service in a next building, currency exchange office in Kipmall. Everything inside is ok. Something happened with mirror in bathroom, it disappeared:) it is nice to have mirror and shelve for toothpaste, so i hope it be replaced. Also boxes for fan remotes which are installed on walls are cracked and old. Also it would be nice to have better cleaning in room. It was clean enough, but it felt like someone did it without real involvement. In general - good place, can recommend, with the occasion will come again.

the towels stinks. no hanger and no place to hang clothes. the room is not as shown in advertised. everything was average.

Great place BUT nearly did not get to check in. Communication skills zero. Day before I messaged asking for checkin details. No reply. Then I call the number. Not work. Land in KL on my checkin day and still no response. So to and fro with Trip.com to get this sorted. They were brilliant and got resolved. However, not appreciate the stress of sitting around at the airport trying to book somewhere else as thought I had been scammed.
