"The room we stayed in was located just under the roof with no balcony. It was big, but had a broken door and cloth hanger and the refrigerator was difficult to close. Too expensive for the quality of the rooms. The check-in, hotel service and breakfast were at St Zeno Hotel next door. The staff was really friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend St Zeno hotel instead."

"The friendliness of the owners of the family and the staff is sensational. The house is just a few minutes walk from the skiing hills, yet it is recommended to rent a depot for ski shoes and skiers, as the road is very tight. There is a deep garage and some places in front of the house. The hotel is very careful. All freshly painted, the furniture is not suited. However, some details have fallen a little from the time. Teach floors, baths and facilities from the 1990s. The spa area with large indoor pool and dry and steam sauna very nice. Each evening a 5-gang menu, only the salad from the buffet. Morning breakfast with buffet and egg food through life cooking and lunch from 15-17 clock a jas with hot food and cake. We had nothing to expose. About Sylvester Serfaus was completely booked, despite the very very sporting prices."

"For the last 15 years or so we’ve vacationed in the Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis area. It is truly our favorite place to get away and relax. Over that time we’ve stayed at nine hotels in different areas. Today we’re going home after seven wonderful days at the Schalber in Serfaus. It truly deserves its five-star superior rating. My wife loves to swim and on some days she had three different pools she could dip into, many times all by herself. Then there’s the overall service and food. It is a family run hotel, which shows in the dedication and concern of the staff for the guests. One final thing I really appreciated is that while we originally made reservations for four days, since we were having such a great time we extended our stay three different times, eventually staying seven days. And they were generous enough to give us the benefit of the seven-day price, as if we had booked the seven days from the beginning 👍 If you’re coming up to this area and want an amazing experience, I really recommend the Schalber!"

"Unfortunately, our stay at the hotel was not as pleasant as we had hoped. We were not greeted in a friendly manner when we checked in. The lady at reception insisted that we present the booking documents in printed form, which we did not have with us. Her communication seemed unprofessional and unhelpful. The breakfast buffet was also disappointing. The bread seemed to be from the day before and there were no fresh products, which we would have expected from a hotel of this category. Another negative point was that the sauna was closed on Saturday. We were already standing at reception in our bathrobes when the employee told us that this was posted everywhere, including in the elevator. There was indeed a notice there, but it was very small and easy to miss. An information sheet with the most important information on arrival would certainly have been helpful here."

"Top holiday! Before arrival we were in close exchange with the hotel regarding arrival, Covid location etc. Be it by email or telephone, there was always a very fast and friendly answer and information. We were there for 5 nights and booked a double room. When we arrived in the morning we could already refer to our room and it was told us directly that we would get an upgrade to the anemone suite :) We were happy, of course, huge and the room was simply a meeeeeega! A little relaxing in the living room, or just cool in the bedroom... also in the entrance room there was enough space for skiing equipment at the table or the closet. Every day there was a jaw with hearty and sweet food, which was very delicious. The breakfast buffet was great... because you don't know where to start telling... hot and fresh bread, many Muslim mixtures, conpots and and and and. We would have found it too nice if there were not just cheese cuts, but also all cheese where you can cut yourself.. e.g. soft and hard cheese etc. from the region. You could choose dinner in the morning. There was fish, meat or vegi as the main meal and was always very good. We had beautiful ski days with a lot of sun and a great accommodation! We would certainly recommend the hotel further."
