The room is spacious and offers a great view. The lobby is located on the 38th floor. The room also includes a small refrigerator stocked with a complimentary drink. Daisy assisted with the check-in process, and the young lady at the front desk even gave us some small gifts. Overall, the experience was pleasant, and the location is very cost-effective.

Millie and Selina were friendly and helpful during our stay when check-in and check out. The room was spacious, clean, new and colour theme is very soothing. Service staff auntie to our room was also very friendly and helpful to our service. Transport is very convenient and there are many malls and eateries around the hotel. It is a very nice hotel, we will stay again if we come back to Shanghai.

My business with China. I lived in China and was in different cities China. Just probably more than 50 hotels. The main problem of Chinese hotels is dirt, black hair, bad smell. So almost everywhere, even in expensive hotels in China. But!!!!! This hotel is the cleanest on my experience! I'm really surprised, I didn't know that it could be in China. Again! Hilton Garden Inn Shanghai Lujiazui is the cleanest hotel in my experience of living in different hotels in China!!! The entrance to the hotel may not be noticed, especially from a taxi or night.
