Stayed for just 1 nigght, it was okay as it is only around 15 min from Shanghai Hongqiao railway station

Room was big and spacious , only because when we arrived they informed me the room booked was only 2 single small beds , even though as a member I was entitled to an upgrade , a 100rmb later to the hotel and we ended up in a suit , not necessary but fine it was late and our daughter was tired , At 7am on the morning someone burst into the room then left again , I was told this was because I had requested an upgrade, had 2 rooms booked and they were preparing the second room ?? Nonsense ! Anyway thankfully the trip customer service is always great at handling disputes , taking the side of the customer which is greatly appreciated , the fee for upgrade was reimbursed So although breakfast was terrible it wasn't too bad an experience.for the price and served it's need Beware free dropoff is on restricted hours so worth checking times suit as they did not for us

酒店寫着2023年開業，實則這棟樓已經有一定年份了。歐式傢俱在十年前應該算比較豪華，但現在已經陳舊了。不建議女生獨自去住，有點偏。離機場和高鐵非常近，噪聲很大，介意的慎入。（也有可能是我住的房間朝向問題？？不確定）虹橋T2客運大樓接送（不包含T1）離虹橋中心商場比較近，可以坐公交。吃喝沒有問題

爛尾樓裏的酒店， 2013年的裝修。到2023年營業，整整十年沒人住，恐怖陰森，我説他是**有人敢反駁不？真的是踩了個大雷，房間裏隨處可見歲月的痕跡，不服的儘管去試試， 5 ，6，7，層拍賣網上流拍兩次，這種酒店攜程也敢説2023年裝修，這和詐騙沒區別了
