The hotel is really nice. The lobby to the room was nice and very well thought.
Breakfast taste was good but could have bigger and better spread.
The room is very comfortable, bed pillow could have more option, the hotel have turn down service as well.
The hotel should have robot to send the deliveries to the room instead of collecting from then back of the hotel.
***The hotel should give more direction for didi drivers to know how to drive into lobby.
Hotel is in too new area so nothing much around here. Maybe will be back if I have chance.

The hotel is an outstanding hotel to stay when visiting Shanghai. It is located next to the New Bunk shopping mall and access to metro. The hotel service standards are great as they are responsive to my requests and always ready to help. The room is large, comfortable, and nicely designed. They provide complimentary beverage in room. Most important is the staff like Nikki who has been very helpful.

This was an unexpectedly wonderful experience. We were upgraded to an executive suite when we checked in. Everyone was very kind. The room design divided the toilet, bathroom, and dressing table into three areas. This is a design that I have never seen in other hotels. The salad bar in the restaurant is very fresh, and the sofas are inlaid along the corridor, which is not crowded and convenient. A very wonderful experience. I will come again next time I come to Shanghai.
