We booked a two-day, one-night package which included two tickets for the snow park and water park. Before our arrival, the hotel proactively contacted us to confirm our accommodation needs. The lobby has a mini kids' play area, which kept our child entertained while we checked in. The lobby bar even offered complimentary popcorn to the little ones. After checking in, our butler Kristen provided attentive service throughout our stay and even arranged an upgrade to a room with a view. We found the room decor to be more modern and distinctive than other Holiday Inn properties, with charming ice and snow elements everywhere. Breakfast was also very generous and delicious. The entertainment options are divided into three main areas: the Water World, Snow Park, and Ice Rink, and the Holiday Inn is conveniently located closest to all three. The Water World features both indoor and outdoor sections, each offering enough activities to easily spend half a day. Children under 1.2 meters get free admission. Although there are several attractions with height and weight restrictions, there were still plenty of things for younger children to enjoy. Our child went down the indoor and outdoor slides at least 20 times each! Staff were present at the slightly faster slides to direct guests, which made us feel quite safe. There are also a few more thrilling rides we look forward to trying on our next visit. However, the changing rooms are a bit cramped. We recommend changing into your swimwear at the hotel, putting on a cover-up, and then returning to the hotel to shower after your fun. At the Snow Park, the 5th floor is dedicated to high-altitude activities, while the 3rd floor is perfect for children. For the Snow Kingdom Train, we recommend starting from the 5th floor and riding down to the 1st floor for fewer crowds. Clothing, trousers, and shoes are provided. We advise bringing your own hat, scarf, waterproof gloves, and a mask, and even some small snow digging tools for added enjoyment. The ice rink on the first floor is a spacious skating area. There are several dining options conveniently located nearby, making meals very easy.

An exceptionally satisfying trip! I didn't have high expectations initially, but to my surprise, the experience after the summer holidays was fantastic. Check-in was seamless, with no queue even on a Saturday afternoon. The hotel even arranged a cake and a room upgrade for my child's birthday. The hotel facilities are very new, the room was clean, and our room overlooked the Water World. It's incredibly convenient to visit both Snow World and Water World, as they are just a short walk away. We were very pleased with the buffet breakfast; there was a wide variety of food options, and the service staff were incredibly attentive, proactively offering assistance, which is something you rarely see in other hotels. We will definitely return next year!

The hotel is located right next to Yaoxue Ice and Snow World and Water World, just a short walk away. This makes it perfect for water activities, skiing, and other snow entertainment. Additionally, attractions like Dishui Lake, Haichang Ocean Park, and the Planetarium are nearby, making it ideal for multi-day stays. The hotel rooms are clean and tidy, featuring modern decor with strong ski-themed elements. Before check-in, the staff proactively called to confirm preferences like room floor and parking arrangements, which was very thoughtful. Breakfast was excellent and very generous, even offering a dedicated dining area for athletes.
