Friendly staff, nice breakfast, convenient location. We had a good stay in our 3 nights, will definitely come back again.

An old but well-maintained hotel. They are attentive and the bedding is comfortable. The bathroom is great with both dry and wet rooms. They greet guests with welcome fruit, but if you don't eat it, they will try other fruits. It's really lovely. However, the young, short-haired male staff at the desk needs to improve his attitude. While all the staff are friendly, he treats foreign guests with an unpleasant attitude, which gives a bad first impression. The hotel's policy is non-smoking, but some guests smoke indiscriminately, and the smoke from cigarettes seeped out from somewhere all night long, making my throat hurt. I asked the hotel to correct this, and they fixed it. Except for one person, all the staff were very friendly. When checking out, the staff gave the guests a farewell gift. I wish them all good health and good luck.

The hotel is so clean and clear! Quite near Metro to travel around the city! Communication is not problem cause we used translate app. The hotel servers are friendly and very helpful even we had checked in at 2.00 am. Highly recommend 😆 Ps: we also have gifted when leaving the hotel! Perfect experience 😝

I had an exceptional stay at Maixinge Boutique Hotel! The hospitality was top-notch, and the staff went out of their way to make our experience memorable. Liu Yan, one of the staff members, was incredibly kind and attentive, helping us with our luggage with a warm smile. The driver, who provided the complimentary Tesla shuttle service to the nearest Metro Line 2 station for easy access to Shanghai Hongqiao Railway Station, was also very friendly and professional. Breakfast was a delight, with a variety of tasty options to suit all preferences. To top it off, the hotel gave us a thoughtful souvenir at checkout. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for convenience, comfort, and exceptional service!

Thank you so much for the warm welcome at your hotel. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped. The breakfast was delicious and variety. Location is conveniently, near the subway station. We also appreciate the rose cake which the hotel gave us when we check-out. We had a wonderful experience.
