MSG Curated Design Hotel

We're sorry to leave such a review, but it really wasn't a pleasant experience. First of all, the hotel isn't really a hotel at all - at least not in the way we were used to in China: - It smells of smoke everywhere (security staff were even smoking in the lobby), - The windows aren't soundproof, so we were subjected to construction noise or similar all night long. ``` - The apartment was poorly clean (hair, dust, tomato stains everywhere, the drain was clogged). However, we have to admit that after our complaint, they acted on it and cleaned it (not particularly well, but it was done). - The toilet paper wasn't refilled or the trash emptied, etc., during the entire stay. We booked the accommodation because we thought it was a hotel... we didn't know we were supposed to take care of everything ourselves. We also bought toilet paper... (The lady said I could write to her if we needed anything. But on such a short vacation, you don't really want to have to keep asking for something 🙈) Cleaning isn't included, we're aware of that. But we thought we'd at least get toilet paper or towels. On the positive side, as I said, the "hotel" contacted us about our complaint and we were able to come to an agreement. Furthermore, the location is very good, safe, and close to a subway station. And the washer/dryer was great☺️ It's okay We are so sorry because we don't like to leave a bad review, but we would not come back and can only recommend the accommodation to a limited extent.
