Great hotel in an excellent location. Check-in was smooth and breakfast was sufficient. Only problem was the smell from the bathroom in my room. You could smell the drains a lot.

The size of the room is just right, and the service attitude at the front desk is super good. Because we are traveling with classmates, it won't be crowded if we gather together to play. Environmental sanitation is very good. When we went out in the morning and came back in the afternoon, it was already cleaned.

The front desk service is warm and there are warm greetings when you enter and leave the room. The room is very new, clean and tidy. The breakfast is a buffet with many varieties. I am very satisfied and will continue to stay in this hotel next time I come to Shanghai.

The hotel is for parents and children. When I got to the room, I found long yellow bugs on the disposable slippers, so I didn't pay attention. After taking a shower, I watched TV for a while and then went to sleep. In the middle of the night, the child was bitten by bugs on the bed and itched. I couldn't sleep, so I turned on the light and opened the quilt. There were also long yellow bugs on the bed. The elderly and children bitten and couldn't sleep well all night. I was really speechless. I thought it would be good to read the comments and pictures, so I went into the room to see The bed was okay. I never expected that there were bugs on the bed. The experience was terrible.
