The room was very quiet, the air conditioning ran smoothly, and the staff provided thorough and attentive service. The breakfast buffet at the restaurant was extensive and varied, and the dinner buffet was excellent. It's conveniently located near Hongqiao Airport Terminal 2 and Hongqiao Railway Station, with Terminal 1 just a ten-minute walk away. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next trip to Shanghai.

As a foreigner, I truly appreciated the staff's kind explanations in English. However, I'll write my review in Chinese! The hotel is conveniently located very close to a Metro Line 10 station, so I felt safe walking back at night. The room was impeccably clean. I stayed for two days, and on the second day, the housekeeping staff emptied the trash bins and replenished the towels. What's more, the staff at breakfast were incredibly welcoming and greeted me warmly, which really made my day. I will definitely book here again if I'm in the area next time. Thank you so much for making my trip to Shanghai so enjoyable and full of wonderful memories!

I carefully selected this hotel, and it immediately felt like a great match, giving me a strong sense of familiarity! Upon arrival, it certainly didn't disappoint. While the facilities are a bit dated, typical of an established property, the cleanliness, ambiance, and service were all excellent. The location is also incredibly convenient, making it a breeze to get to both the airport and tourist attractions. However, due to its proximity to the airport, takeout food options are somewhat limited. Nevertheless, there are snack bars and convenience stores nearby that cover all the basic necessities. The hotel's breakfast buffet was also absolutely fantastic! My only minor quibble is the absence of a portable drying rack (which hotels of this star rating usually provide), as I prefer not to use communal dryers.

The hotel was clean and comfortable, with truly exceptional service. What impressed me most were the complimentary water and instant cup noodles – it was incredibly comforting to enjoy a warm bowl late at night. The bedding was spotless, and all amenities were comprehensively provided. The room even had an air purifier, and you could dry your socks – truly meticulous service down to every detail! There's a pedestrian pathway behind Hongqiao Airport T1 that leads directly to the hotel, just a few minutes' walk away. You can easily ask the airport staff for directions. Even if you don't want to walk, you can arrange for a shuttle service. We found walking to be quicker, so we chose that option. This hotel is conveniently located right next to three other hotels. I genuinely recommend it; it's fantastic!

I booked it for the others, not for myself, as long as there is no complaint, which means this is a good hotel!

This hotel is walking distance to Hongqai airport terminal 1 and also very close to metro to go to terminal 2 airport. It is an ideal location if you are taking flight or high-speed train. Thre beds are comfortable, the service is excellent as the staff will go beyond normal service to help. I would recommend this hotel

Even near airport need to pay 50 rmb for taxi. Room clean. Service have to be evolved

Close to the airport terminal 2 and subway entrance in walking distance. Room nice and clean. Comfortable bed. Clean and functional bathroom.

Hotel is superbly located 10 minutes walk from metro terminal 1. However the rooms are tired and there was a horrendous smell from drains . Breakfast poor. Concierge very friendly and helpful

It’s not a luxurious place, but very convenient and clean. The receptionists in the concierge are very helpful and friendly. A nice place to stay.
