very closed to Yuyuan metro station Exit 5 (just across the street) and Exit 1. Hotel staffs have service mind even they cannot speak English but they try and use translator machine. 虽然有小问题， 但我觉得服务不错，而且价格合理。 下次我们还想来这家酒店住。

Location ok only 2 minute to subway station line 10. Yuyuan garden exit 1. Walk only 8 minute to the bund and huangpu river cruise and near to east nanjing road only 1 stop for yuyuan garden st. The staff and Recepsionist hotel very helpfull

This hotel is not reach the standard of normal Ji hotel. Other than the good location, we are disappointed. Lobby is messy. Reception staff was not giving information clearly.

Location is great and walk lesser to mrt station and MRT line is easily access to common tourist places, quite near to the bund too. If u want to compare to people square, lesser food option and not so happening

I stayed in this hotel for 1 week when traveling to Shanghai. I really appreciate their hospitality and service. The guy in the reception was very kind and helpful. He helped me booking tickets ordering online. This hotel also provides free washing machine service. Breakfast was also good and had plenty of chinese food. I highly recommend to choose this hotel when going to shanghai.
