好久沒住過這麼差的酒店了。所有的雷全踩一遍。
1.房間電話壞了，不能打，衹能用自己手機打電話給前台
2.房間電視被搬走了，手機打給前台，前台要給換一個更小的房間，我拒絕了。折騰，懶得再換
3.房間有異味，連浴巾上都有異味
4.雙人間，房間衹有一條浴巾
5.洗澡洗到一半，洗完頭髮，發現沒有沐浴露了，沐浴露瓶子空了。也不能半洗着出去打手機吧，體驗超級差
6.角落很所灰塵，不乾淨。
7.被子上那麼明顯的長頭髮
8.牆壁啥的都不乾淨
9.前台那個男的服務態度不好。
10.房間沒放純凈水，手機打電話給前台説必須自己拿。為啥不辦理入住的時候告訴我呢？後來告知我腿受傷，不方便，才不情願給我送到房間，那個態度一臉嫌棄的樣子。
11.酒店沒電梯，腿腳不好的人勸退處理。

衞生：一般情況。
設施：老舊，空調在床頭有些漏水
環境：有異味 ，房間燈不亮
服務：前一波客人使用的浴巾還留在房間，又給前台要的浴巾。純凈水還是客人自己又走下三樓到前台索要的。
比預期差很多，與同濟大學店差的也很多。
