Facilities: New and well-maintained. A washing machine and dryer are available, and complimentary bottled water is offered for self-service.
Cleanliness: Spotless, with prompt housekeeping.
Location: Excellent. It's very close to Xujiahui Metro Station, surrounded by numerous restaurants and tourist attractions.
Service: Warm and thoughtful. When a noisy guest next door disturbed me (I'm sensitive to noise), they promptly found another room for me to rest. Their timely and efficient problem-solving is highly commendable.
I will definitely choose Tianping Hotel again on my next trip to Shanghai!

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel! It appears to have been recently renovated, as both the public facilities and guest rooms are spotless and very comfortable. They offer self-service laundry facilities, which was incredibly convenient. Its location is excellent, being very close to the metro station, with numerous shopping malls and historical sites all within easy reach. The breakfast truly deserves a special mention – it offered a wide variety of delicious options, and the mini wontons were absolutely outstanding! Highly recommended!

This hotel boasts an excellent location, with Xujiahui Library, the Xuhui commercial district, Shanghai Jiao Tong University (Xujiahui Campus), Xu Guangqi Memorial Park, the Catholic Church, and Wukang Building all within easy walking distance. It's incredibly convenient for exploring and dining in the area. The breakfast was delicious, and the hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. We were able to get a one-hour late checkout, and luggage storage was also very convenient. As a thoughtful touch, they even provided complimentary water and a small cake upon checkout.

The hotel is super clean and the service is very friendly. Room is newly renovated and has a very nice view. They helped us carry our luggage up as well and the location is superb as it is near multiple malls. Will definitely go back to this hotel whenever I travel to Shanghai.

My stay at Tianping Hotel was absolutely wonderful! The lobby has a modern and elegant vibe, and the front desk staff Mrs.Yu and Mrs.Min were super friendly and efficient—check-in was a breeze. The room was spotlessly clean with fresh, comfortable bedding, and I loved the little touches like the coffee machine and snacks in the executive floor. Located close to the subway, it’s super convenient for getting around. The breakfast spread was amazing too, with both Western and Chinese options. Will definitely book here again!
