The front desk staff are polite and friendly, never too busy to assist us when we needed help with Didi drivers or map directions. The room space is reasonable and the overall cleanliness is good
if not too fuss about the nooks & corners. There is a good spread of buffet selection for breakfast and lunch - good value for money. The hotel is situated in a very convenient location, less than 5 minutes walk to Xinzha Road metro station - Exit 6. We used the metro stations to get around for sightseeing, so easy to navigate & cheap mode of transport.

The personnel at the hotel were amazing and always helpful. We did find the location a tad far from the train station so it can be challenging after a long day of exploring. The floor also feels dusty and corners of the room looks a little old with cement reminisce. But overall it’s been a comfortable stay.

The staff are nice and polite. Very helpful. They clean our room everyday and changed the towels even we hang up.
Room space is OK, if u have 2 large luggage, may need to adjust the furniture abit to open up both luggage.
Bed is comfy. Pillow (one hard one soft), I sleep very well during my 4 nights stay here. Water pressure very good.
Breakfast to me is not as what others mentioned... I feel normal and very oily on the eggs. Overall OK but limited choice for me. Though, I like the yogurt.
Location is about 8-10min walk to Nanjing Pedestrian walking street. 3-5min walk to Line 1 新闸路metro station, 8-10min walk to 人民广场 metro station.
Ohya.. No fridge in the room.
Overall quite satisfied with the stay. Worth the price.

Comfortable bed that comes with 2 types of pillows (soft / contour). Hotel staff were helpful in general with enquiries.
Easy to get around to most places via DD hailing app.

Comfortable, clean and hospitality services. The hotel near the subway line 1 with walk in a few minute. Or can walk 2km to the bund. Love this hotel

Great hotel in a great location! Staff is very friendly and willing to help with everything. Especially Pineapple at the front desk was very helpfull. Buffer breakfast was also delicious! Would recommend this hotel!

Xiao mei has a great service to us. Their room is clean n big enough for two. Their hotel is 3min away from metro. I would highly recommend to stay in king town hotel when u visiting shanghai. Their breakfast is buffet style so i very delicious!
