An exceptional stay in the heart of Lujiazui! This hotel’s location is unbeatable—right next to a massive mall with endless dining and shopping options. The rooms offer breathtaking views of Shanghai’s iconic skyline, making every moment memorable. What truly sets this place apart is the outstanding service and thoughtful amenities, including in-room washers and dryers, perfect for longer stays. Highly recommend for both business and leisure travelers!

I enjoyed my stay in Citadines, very close to the shopping mall. The room is clean and spacious and not noisy. Loved the spacious lobby where you can have breakfast and have meetups. Staff always offer a cup of tea whenever I'm there. Staff are very welcoming and kind, very prompt with my requests. Special thanks to Sherly for all the help she provided. Would definitely book here again when I come back to Shanghai next time.

We stayed here for a few nights travelling to Shanghai, the staff gave us a free upgrade to our room, we are very satisfied with the room and their service, it's super spacious, clean, beds are comfortable, and the environment is quiet and the interior looks very classy. It's really worth the price we paid. The hotel is just next to LCM mall, and about 10 mins walk to metro station. Will definitely recommend to friends and will be back here if get to Shanghai again
