I stayed at the North building. There is a staircase to access the lift. With the big luggage is not so convenience.

Excellent location. The hotel is just walking distance away from the new Apple store at Jingan Park.

Excellent location, love the hotel garden and it’s convenient access to subway station, JingAn Temple, and JingAn Park.

Great location for the price but the cleaning lady woke me up 3 times asking to clean the room, I told her NO each time but she kept coming back. The reason I stay at hotel is to sleep! Also the air conditioning didn't work at all.

Hotel at great location but the property is dated and does not seems up to the standard of any international 4-start hotel which it claims to be.

I would not call it a 4 start hotel; it was very average. I had bigger expectations. The staff is not very welcoming and they seem to have an “I do not care” attitude. At arrival I learned that my room is in another building so if you book with them maybe they will just place you somewhere else… When I arrived I was told my room is in another building, I needed to exit the hotel and carry all the luggage myself (no one offered to help). If you have problems carrying I would not recommend it, I needed to bring the luggage one floor up myself to be able to use the elevator to the 4th floor. The room was decent, even though there was no ventilation in the bathroom. Overall, I would call it a very average stay, quite a few disappointing moments (including being woken up by the room service twice the same morning and lack any possible communication other than in Chinese), decent location and an OK stay overall. Nonetheless, if you really want to have a 4 star experience, please choose another place. Sadly, I will not be returning.

Very convenient location. Close to subway. We used a lot. Good breakfast fast have a lots of Chinese food. We like it. Thank you.

Located in a walking distance from Jing'an metro station, restaurants etc. Many rooms view isn't great, say in a few meters there is a dormitory windows, in case you are going to use this hotel for vacation, might be disappointed. I just slept there 1 night, so it was fairly good, pretty quiet despite of a big road right there. I stayed in the east wing, so it was far from the road, and I had a good sleep.

The location is convenient, the room is spacious, blocked sewage but fixed after reported to the reception. Lost my ordered fruit in the outside shelf of hotel gate, overall good experience.

MOT A FOUR STAR HOTEL AT ALL! I don’t know why it is a trip.com recommend hotel, very alright. The only positive thing is that it is exactly 5 minutes walk from Jing’an subway station. Rooms are very okayish. The hotel is overall very Chinese style.

Central and affordable hotel in Jing'an. Tbh it's a pretty good deal and close to a lot of great locations and metro. The only thing is that the mattress is pretty hard.

Good service and clean hotel. Perfectly located opposite Jingan temple. Heard of downtown Shanghai. Lots of eating options and access to both airports.

Great location, fair for price. Walls are thin, so can be a little noisy, but I'd stay again.
