When we arrived in the evening, check-in was handled swiftly by the front desk. Our high-floor room offered an unobstructed river view, and the night scenery was absolutely stunning. The hotel even thoughtfully provided children's slippers and toiletries. Ordering food delivery was also incredibly convenient; you simply had the delivery driver drop the order off downstairs, and a robot would then bring it directly to our room. Since we arrived late, hadn't had dinner, and were too tired to go out, we ended up ordering a lot of food.

The night view is stunning; watching the boats go by with the Bund's dazzling skyline in the distance truly brightens your mood. The rooms are spacious and new, especially the blackout curtains and bedding, which greatly ensured a good night's sleep for a busy professional like myself. One day, I even slept past 10 AM despite setting an alarm. I accidentally left some clothes behind at the hotel, and they were promptly mailed back to me. Many thanks to the staff! The hotel's breakfast restaurant and evening bar are both located on the rooftop, offering fantastic views. I heard the hotel breakfast is delicious, and I'll definitely try it next time I visit.

My husband and I had a great weekend stay at Joya. We checked in late, the restaurant kitchen stayed open late to serve us dinner at 9pm. The room was cleaned on time every morning, breakfast was satisfactory and the view was exactly as the pictures.

The hotel is very kind to let us have a late check-out as our flight got delayed. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Nice location. My family is very satisfied with the service and stay. Will definitely be back here again.

Location is rather convenient with lots of restaurants and shops nearby. It took me 12 minutes by car from the nearest subway station (with the traffic). Staff was very helpful and friendly. We had wonderful view from the window. Can see the Bund full of lights in the evening and ships passing by all night. Ferry to go to Puxi is just a short walk away. Room was clean with Smart Control curtains and lights, spacious shower, comfortable bed. Room design is very convenient and pleasant.
Wish were more international channels. Felt like watching a movie or listening to music but the channels were only in Chinese.
We didn’t take breakfast but still went to see the rooftop cafe. It has a great view and there are seats outside with the glass walls, but it was too cold that day. There is a Michelin star restaurant on another floor, for that you’ll need a reservation.

Fantastic hotel on the Pudong side of the river. Central and safe location. Easy to walk to waterfront. Hotel staff was very nice and accommodating. By far my favorite hotel I stayed in all of China. Would recommend 10/10. Must visit the rooftop restaurant as well!
