Fantastic hotel! They knew I was attending a concert and went above and beyond by surprising me with a stack of merchandise featuring my favorite artist. The designs on the items were incredibly well-chosen too. It was such a thoughtful gesture and made me feel so incredibly happy! In an age where hotel amenities are largely standardized, such attentive and personalized service truly stands out and leaves a fantastic impression. I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next concert. It's also super close to the venue, just a short walk around the corner.

The service was outstanding. This hotel is our first choice when attending concerts nearby, and we will absolutely rebook for future stays. We opted for the buffet lunch at the hotel; even though we arrived a bit late, the staff were incredibly warm and hospitable. As someone who frequently stays in five-star hotels, this one truly exceeded my expectations. The ambiance was excellent and it was spotlessly clean; I was pleasantly surprised by the incredible value for money.
The service was outstanding. From the front desk to the concierge, they proactively offered water to guests during check-in, which is a thoughtful touch I rarely experience even in other five-star hotels. I stayed for two consecutive days, and the front desk staff were consistently able to promptly meet my requests; even food deliveries were efficiently brought to my room, making everything incredibly convenient.
A complimentary fruit platter was provided upon check-in, which was perfect for me as I wasn't feeling well. On my second day, when I extended my stay, I decided to sign up for their Huazhu Club membership, so I can stay at their group hotels more often in the future. The service truly is excellent.

The service at this hotel is excellent. I believe this is my fourth time staying here, mainly because of its proximity to the concert venue and their consistently great service. What I particularly love is that they even provide some complimentary concert merchandise. The room was spotless, equipped with a mini-fridge stocked with drinks, a capsule coffee machine, and an excellent hairdryer – it's lightweight and seems to have a conditioning effect. The only minor drawback was that this particular room had a sofa but lacked a proper chair, which made eating at the small table a bit inconvenient.

I picked this hotel for my trip to Shanghai to see Priscilla Chan's concert. Upon check-in, the front desk even asked if I was attending the concert and offered a thoughtful little gift – truly excellent service!
The welcome drink was a refreshing iced fruit tea, and it was so delicious that I frequently saw guests lining up to help themselves whenever I passed by.
My room was clean and tidy, and the hotel's proximity to the Oriental Sports Center was fantastic. If I ever come back for another concert, I'd definitely choose this hotel again.

I requested for near lift lobby but was assigned to end of corridor which is a long walk. Front desk said i could call them to confirm and they are fully book so i can't get the room i wanted and i also check in late. I arrived at 6pm and i told them why would i make an overseas call to confirm something i requested during booking and even though it is fully booked thry should have reserved a room that fits my request befire my arrival and not give it to someone who check in earlier than me. Was disappointed especially when i originally wanted to stay another hotel instead and it was my birthday that day. Also when i enter the room everytime there is always this smell of heavy cooking, my fren who stopped by gor a while smelled it too.

Good hotel without iron and board in the room. You have to go to the laundry room to use a crappy fake iron that only works for women clothes. Not business friendly Even though it is close to business meeting.
