I have stayed at their place several times. This time the hygiene was poor. The bed sheets were dirty and had hair and blood stains. I asked the front desk to change them. There was no hair dryer in the room. This stay experience is not good

The room was clean and hygienic. The lady who took care of us at night promptly changed the room and gave us some fruit. Since I was staying here for an exam, which ended at 4:30 pm, I was supposed to check out at 2 pm the next afternoon. I told the guy at the front desk that I wanted to check out after 4 pm, and he was very understanding. Great, his service attitude was super good, and it's worth recommending! !
