What a hidden gem of a B&B in Chongming! The interior is a delightful surprise, offering a unique charm. Both the aesthetics and service are absolutely top-notch. This guesthouse is situated in the countryside and has convenient parking right at the entrance. A bonus was being able to set off fireworks during our Chinese New Year visit. The entire property is beautifully maintained and spotlessly clean. While the rooms are a tad small, they offer all the amenities you'd expect from a hotel. We also enjoyed the complimentary afternoon tea upon check-in, which could even be delivered to our room.

The room was adequately equipped, but it was unbelievably tiny. What made it even more inconvenient was the complete lack of anything in the vicinity. Although the service was good, it simply couldn't make up for the shortcomings in the environment and facilities, especially considering the price. I would not recommend this place.
