Litters are left by guests and not cleaned up efficiently thus next guests are unable to use it. Most areas are still clean I would say. But could be better sanitized.
Location is about 25 minutes drive away from Hongqiao train station. This spa has a few malls with walking distance but we did not go. Said to be near the Metro but we did not explore the area as we just rested in the spa.
Service is very limited. Does not feel warm nor welcomed. Felt the ppl working there are like robots and not smiling nor helpful (except the ladies in the hotspring area were kind) The lady whom helped me with body scrub and massage is very nice and kind!
Amenities are superb with great hotspring, indoor and outdoor. Indoor games and areas for play and rest. Ktv rooms are available Breakfast very limited and not appealing.
Not sure if I will recommend….. probably bcos of the service thus not much ppl…. Hope they will improve to make things better!

You are required to take off your footwear upon arrival, and place your shoes in the shoes locker. The key to your shoe locker will be used to access all facilities, including your hotel room. The bath house has an arcade and kids play area with a skating corner. You need to pay extra for these. It has a few cafes across all levels and a restaurant at level 2 that sells Korean food. The onsen has indoor and outdoor pools, and massage facilities. There are many rest areas for you to lay down and relax.
The only downside of this bath house is that the hotel room is very small. It doesn’t have any table, chair, and there is very limited space for you to open your luggage. There are no hooks on the wall for you to hang your wet towel or clothes. Very limited power points for you to charge your devices too.
I stayed for 2 nights. They do not clean your room daily. I had to use a towel to sweep the floor myself.

The price/performance ratio is very good, and the facilities are very complete. You can enjoy hot springs, fitness and many other facilities at the price of an ordinary business hotel. It is recommended for business travelers and families to stay here.
