房間很棒，很大，床很舒服，還免費提供了洗衣服務，連快遞都直接送上門，這兩天吃葯，打掃房間人員還暖心給我留了張便條。酒店位置非常好，房間景色可以俯瞰黃浦江。Lynn非常靠譜，隨時微信聯繫，隨時解決問題。一個小建議，健身房多除濕，畢竟跟泳池挨着，有些悶濕感。

這次是二刷。門僮非常好幫拿行李幫開車門，還有個上海爺叔一直在熱情打招呼。這家瑞吉融合了蠻多中式元素的，門口的石獅子和鼎，以及房間走廊上的八卦鏡。這次房間視野超棒，邊泡澡邊能享受城市景觀。半智能馬桶，沒有音響，電視衹能看一些基本電視節目，不能投屏。化粧桌很大，這點非常nice。晚上送了歡迎水果，但是無夜床服務。床還是很好睡的，睡到昏迷。晚上10點半，打了三四個電話給前台都無人接，後續打電話還是秒接的。外賣可以幫忙拿上來，客房服務的阿姨響應很快，好評。健身房老樣子，維護的不錯，器械全面，晚上人不算多。早餐6點半-10點半在一樓，種類很豐富，但可以注意一下細節，可以把底下加熱很久的食材處理掉，避免糊味。周圍狂吃很多，適合staycation，有機會還會來的。

From the moment I checked in until the day I checked out, my butler, Ms. Ella, was consistently kind, attentive, and professional. Thanks to her thoughtful assistance, my 4-day business trip in Shanghai went flawlessly. Shanghai is full of world-class hotels competing for excellence, but the exceptional Butler Service here has convinced me to return to the St. Regis on my next trip.
