The service was fantastic. As soon as we stepped inside, someone was there to help with our luggage and open the door. We’re a family of four and stayed in the zoo-themed family twin room. The room was clean and fun, with LEGO toys and a smart toilet. Beds (1.2m) were a bit small for adults, but still comfortable. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was mainly Chinese, with delicious handmade wontons and sticky rice rolls—very local and tasty. The free self-service laundry and dryer were a huge plus for families. Great location near malls, restaurants, and the metro. Very convenient and family-friendly!
