Checked in at 10pm on Saturday night. Pros: 1. Nice room, nice environment. 2. The room I booked was not good, so the front desk warmly upgraded it. Cons: Management professionalism, security attitude is too low. The first room only had the air conditioner turned on, and the whole room was out of power in less than 20 minutes, cold and dark. I called the front desk, and the front desk said the security guard would come to fix it, but no one came for more than ten minutes. I called again and said they were coming soon.
