This is my second stay at this hotel, it is warm & comfortable. The complimentary shower gel, shampoo & conditioner is of good quality & smells pleasant. The location is good with a supermarket just next door & the closest metro around 10 minutes walk away.

There was a strange smell when I entered the room. I wanted to open the window for ventilation. There was a barbecue restaurant downstairs, and the smell of coal came into the room. The disposable slippers were not non-slip, and I almost slipped several times in the bathroom.

1. I went to wash clothes, and the security guard asked me, why do you wash for 50 minutes? Other customers only wash for 30 minutes? The tone and attitude were extremely bad. I have been on business trips and have never seen such a ** hotel.
