Overall, my stay here was quite good! First, I must commend the service. From the moment I booked until my arrival, the staff proactively reached out to confirm my check-in time and any special requests. Upon arrival, they were incredibly patient in guiding me through check-in and introducing the facilities. Their service was consistently warm and attentive without being intrusive, which made the whole process incredibly smooth and hassle-free. The location is absolutely fantastic – right downstairs from MixC Mall. It's just a few minutes' walk with navigation, incredibly easy to find. The free parking lot is huge, making parking both convenient and stress-free. All you have to do is provide your license plate number to the front desk, eliminating the hassle of searching for a spot. Breakfast was also quite varied. The reception desk and a Luckin Coffee are conveniently located on the same floor; you'll find them right after you go up to the first floor. The surrounding area offers great convenience for dining, shopping, and entertainment. Malls and restaurants are all within walking distance. It's an ideal choice whether you're traveling for business or leisure! The only minor downside was that the hotel's duvet felt a bit damp.

The front desk service was excellent, and it's super convenient to order food delivery nearby. Our room was large and very clean, and check-in was quick. It offers great value for money, making it a top choice for family trips! The accommodation was quiet at night, and you can even walk to the bay.

The beach is also just a few minutes away by e-scooter, perfect for enjoying the sunset. The decor is modern and new, and the amenities are quite thoughtful.

We drove here as a family, and the underground parking was very convenient. Its location by the sea was perfect for taking the kids to the beach. While it's a bit far from the city center's main dining areas, that wasn't an issue since we had our own car. The front desk even upgraded our room, and the kids really enjoyed watching movies on the projector.

A lovely bay park, perfect for kids, is also just 2 kilometers away. The lady at the front desk was exceptionally friendly! What's more, there's a mall right downstairs for easy shopping.

If you're looking for a sandy beach, I'd recommend navigating to the Mangrove Ecological Restoration Area, which is also about a 10-minute drive.

The air conditioning provides quick and comfortable heating/cooling, and the Wi-Fi is stable, perfect for seamless video streaming. The TV offers great entertainment for relaxation, and the mattress ensures a restful night's sleep, leaving you feeling energetic and refreshed for the next day. The practical work desk is a useful feature. Housekeeping is meticulous, and amenities are always promptly replenished. This place is a gem for business travelers; the facilities truly deserve a top score!

Traveling with our dog, our initial hotel unexpectedly changed its pet policy, forcing a last-minute switch to this place – which turned out to be a fantastic discovery! While not directly in the heart of major attractions, its location offers a pleasant environment and convenient access to The MixC shopping mall. Our room was spotlessly clean and comfortable, with quiet, perfectly tempered air conditioning. The breakfast was consistently delicious, a rare feat over our six-night stay. Above all, the service was exceptional; they responded instantly to our queries on WeChat. We'll definitely choose to stay here again on our next visit to Shantou.
