The hotel is very nice and the restaurant is very clean and the food is very nice and entertainment everything people have good with the hotel and everything they are very friendly and they love the people there and they love working together

the hotel is amazing staff are amazing it wouldnt be a good hotel without the staff the waiters, bar staff,pool guys,cleaners all keep this hotel good , food wasnt upto much which is a shame and the entertainment is all for the russians nothing english naama bay itself is amazing if they sorted the food out and did a bit more for the english im sure more people would go alot of people told us not alot of english there im not surprised no entertainment that we could understand i would return as the place is realy nice we had 4 birthdays while we were there and they went out of there way to make it special birthday cake and decorations for all birthdays

It’s good hotel really it’s very good services .. good people all help us for everything.. the pool and aqua park it’s good and water not cold … the food it’s normal .. animation team it’s good all day play with us and all night dance with us in club 😊😊🥰🥰🥰😍😍

The hotel is clean, the staff exceptionally attentive, rooms are more than adequate, unless you happen to be above the Entertainments area, which must be deafening ! The food by contrast is repetitive, poorly cooked with no flavour & I am certain that we were not the only one’ suffering from stomach bugs at best! The Entertainments manager only knows 1 genre of music, LOUD, even when asked to facilitate the needs of the majority by playing background music of differing styles could only turn the music up. So ignorant of peoples needs. The weather, which was terrific, could not compensate for the lack of quality elsewhere. We feel for the staff who do their u**ost to satisfy but clearly are in fear of losing their jobs if they don’t ! Not a holiday to be remembered or repeated.

We had the most fabulous of stays here at Neema waves.Couldnt fault the place. Every single member if staff made a huge effort to ensure our stay was throughly enjoyable.Check in was a simple 5 min task.we cant praise the restaurant,reception,house keeping,the beach bar staff and lastly but far from last that huge character the pool supervisor Sam.such a funny welcoming guy along with his boys.Cant wait until we return.Tgank you all so much.Richard abd Carole

Just returned from yet another amazing week at waves hotel . Had yet another fantastic time made even better by the staff. (Bob) The pools manager and the boys around the pools kept us none stop laughing. The staff in the restaurant couldn't do enough for us and house keeping did an amazing job everyday cleaning up after us we had a amazing family room and it was so spacious. The lads on the bars was so attentive has was the waiters in the restaurants would highly recommend this hotel especially for families. Met the general manager a mr Ali seoudi he is a really great guy and a very pleasant man who is loved by his staff and all the returning guest . He came around the pool a few times to check everyone was having a good time i really cannot find anything to complain about other then we had to come home

The hotel was exceptional, the rooms were very clean and the staff were super professional and helpful l my kids loved the stay , the food was delicious and extremely variable to all tastes , the one thing we regret the most was having to leave and going back to Cairo definitely wont be our last visit

Very nice hotel. One of the nicest hotels that I ever visited in Sharm El Shiekh. I really loved the pool and the animation team. Food is very good. Rooms are very clean and housekeeping was very helpful. All staff are cheerful and willing to help us and make sure that we are having good time. Really loved it
