Hotels in Naama Bay, Sharm El Sheikh

Travelled with my mother and sister. We had to split between two part. Mother was in beach part and we were in Palm. These are two parts and one has to be very clear about it. Beach is better posher hence more expensive. Especially restaurant! Palm guests can not use Beach restaurant for free. It is 4$charge per meal per guest. Different colours ribbons…. Differentiate guests. Beach and bars and swimming pools could be shared. If one is after reefs and coral fish- forget it! Not the right location.

We stayed at the hotel on New Year's Eve. We arrived early, they didn't want to check us in before the allotted time, they barely persuaded us an hour later for an extra fee. THEY GAVE US A TWO-ROOM ROOM. THE FURNITURE IS ALL OLD, THE BEDS ARE NOT VERY COMFORTABLE. EVERYTHING ELSE IS A PRO Variety in food, yes, it can be repeated from day to day, but the choice is large, very large. You won't go hungry. The territory is huge, lots of pools, sun loungers, a water park, for those with children, it's just a godsend. Cocktails, beer are all there, wine, but not tasty, too. The coral beach is small, it is very far from the hotel, but the reef is worth it, you can also eat and drink from the hotel chain. In general, for your money, we highly recommend it to unpretentious people. We have been to three hotels in Sharm, this one corresponds to the price and quality!!

I'm so glad that I've chosen Solymar for my first visit of Sharm. The territory of the hotel is small, very beautiful and gives cozy feeling. I booked it for two days, but then decided to stay till the end of my holiday. The food was great, big thanks to all people who work in the kitchen and in the restaurant. The stuff of the hotel is very friendly and nice, especially Maher and Allah. I would recommend this hotel to my friends.

I book this hotel for my boss. It is non refundable but I tried to modify the booking anyway. Because my boss changed his plan right after I booked the hotel. I book for 3 nights, but my boss stayed for 2 nights. Trip officer has tried all possible ways to contact the hotel (emails and calls), but this hotel is so difficult to contact. Almost impossible. When my boss was on the spot in the reception, the hotel reception said the modify is accepted and we only have to pay for 2 nights. But I was charged for 3 nights anyway.

Perfect resort and management

Everything is good except reception. Reception staff never put a smile on their faces. Bad attitude. Impolite. Especially the staff Mary. Arrogant. Fake smile. Staff training is strongly suggested! (Staff in restaurant are good)

All inclusive small but cozy. Very good food, varied, rich. Rooms comply. Large swimming pools, one of them with warm water. It has access to two beaches, one in front, Gafy, (approximately 200 meters away); And another beach located at the other end of Naama Bay, which you can reach on foot (approximately 20/25 minutes along some pretty streets) or by bus (at the hotel's expense). On Gafy beach you can see colorful fish from practically the shore, it is beautiful.

The all-inclusive package is a great value, and my husband and I are very satisfied! I found the meaning of coming to Sharm here😊 I had booked another all-inclusive hotel at a similar price before, but the snorkeling visibility, the richness and taste of the food, the hardware and cleanliness of the room, the enthusiasm and proactive service, etc. It’s not as good as this one in every aspect… If I had known that Sharm would book Stella for the entire trip! A bowl full of fruit was given to me when I checked in, and the Mini bar was replenished once a day~ The three daily buffets in the restaurant are also super delicious, especially the fresh strawberry juice (it seems to be freshly squeezed)

Food excellent. What disturbed the children was screaming and running around the dining room because it was not pleasant to eat. You could put them in another hall to shout at each other because there was plenty of room.

The hotel has a good business and a lot of people. They are all parents from Eastern Europe. Hotel room facilities are older, but sanitation is acceptable. Repeatedly urged to check out before 12 o'clock. The breakfast is noisy, crowded, bad taste and chaotic. The waiter helped to serve the meal, but his attitude was not good. The breakfast experience was the worst. The hotel has its own beach, but it closes at 5 and no entry is allowed. If you want to take a walk on the beach in the sunset, don't even think about it. Hotel swimming pool, crowded, poor environment. The overall occupancy experience is average, and the same price is far less than Novotel. But the location is very convenient for eating and shopping around Naama Commercial Street. The hotel's own restaurant is more affordable. It's a free restaurant inside, not very good.
