I booked room 603, but it felt like a typical guesthouse without a brand name, not worth the price. I booked the most basic "Wentian" room type, but they upgraded me to a loft because it was Monday and there weren't many guests. My daughter loved it. There was a projector, but it was very choppy. They offered a changing room for 30 yuan for laundry, but my daughter and I added hair and makeup, which cost 99 yuan each. We ended up spending 198 yuan. Cleanliness: Not very good. There was dirt in the crevices around the bed, and hair on the bed. Afternoon Tea: This consisted of dried red dates, dried longan, shortbread, and small fried dough twists. "We checked in after a hike up Huangshan in the morning. It was really hot, but the air conditioning was already on and the room was nice and cool, which immediately made this hotel stand out from others. The afternoon tea was great too. The room facilities were clean and hygienic, the shower pressure was excellent, and the screen mirroring worked well. The attention to detail in their service was fantastic, making it very suitable for families."
