Our two-night stay at the Pingshan Shanhaitang Hotel was absolutely fantastic! The surroundings here are incredibly peaceful and serene, offering a rustic charm that truly feels miles away from the hustle and bustle. Our room was also spotless and felt brand new! What impressed us most was how incredibly thoughtful every staff member was; their service was warm, friendly, and impeccable. If you're looking to get close to nature, truly relax, and unwind, this place is absolutely the perfect choice!

Our room was right by the lake, facing east, offering breathtaking views of the moonrise. Sitting by the lake, gazing at the moon, one can truly savor the serene mountain breeze and the bright moonlight, evoking a deep sense of tranquility and poetic beauty. **Facilities:** The facilities are quite comprehensive. They provide a convenient buggy service, and the rooms are modern and well-maintained – perfectly sufficient even for frequent business travelers. Breakfast is a delicious buffet. The hotel itself offers a wide array of activities: you can pick longans from the abundant trees, enjoy a leisurely boat ride on the lake, relax with a book at the quaint book cafe, play chess, or simply watch the ducks and swans. It's a truly joyful and peaceful experience. **Service:** The staff are all incredibly friendly and welcoming. Services like room upgrades and shuttle transfers were handled flawlessly.

As my elderly parents are not suited for long-distance travel, I was looking for a comfortable and tranquil place to unwind in Shenzhen. I happened to discover this hotel, nestled at the foot of Maluan Mountain, which boasts a serene and secluded environment with options for both lake and mountain view rooms. Lucky, the lovely front desk staff member, was wonderfully warm, patient, and attentive. She even upgraded our room, considering we were traveling as a family. Staying at the hotel felt like stepping into a traditional Suzhou-style garden. With its pavilions, intricate rock formations, mountain springs, serene lakes, and winding bamboo paths, every step reveals a new picturesque scene. It's truly an ideal sanctuary for rejuvenating both body and mind. We will definitely be back!
