The hotel is very close to Futian Port, and public transport links nearby are excellent. The staff are friendly and attentive. The hotel boasts a superb location, right next to Futian Port, just a few minutes' walk away. It's extremely convenient for cross-border trips to Hong Kong. Taking a taxi to Shenzhen North High-Speed Railway Station is also quite straightforward; on a weekend morning without traffic, it takes about 30 minutes and costs just over 50 RMB.
The hotel service was outstanding. My Hong Kong and Macau Travel Permit was expiring, and I didn't have time to renew it before my trip, so I arranged to have it sent directly to the hotel.
