Motel Hotel (Shenzhen Xili Subway Station Shenzhiyuan Branch)

After arriving here at 3:00 a.m. in the morning I was a little worried but everything seemed smooth. I checked in and the room was better than I expected for the price. It has everything you need as a solo traveller and even a little desk where I've set up my computer to do some work.

-The front desk staffs are like robots, the simply requests i asked, all the answer was “cannot”. No service mind, no smiling, no hospitality which the hotel staffs should have. - There are “no smoking signs” everywhere in the hotel, but I could smell the smoking along the hall way all the time and also sometimes in the room at late nights that made me awake, this is so annoying. - This is an esports hotel at the 3rd floor and also the KTV at the 2nd floor that I could hear the sound at late nights. - Unwell cleaning in the room. - One of the parcel has been lost. **The good thing for this hotel is just quite new.

There’s too many barbecue smoke starting from evening til midnight and the room has of thin wall

All was fine, close to XiLi metro station. Many restaurants and shops are nearby. Recommended 100%!
