I was very pleased with my stay. There's no physical front desk; instead, after booking, a host contacts you via WeChat to arrange check-in. The entire process is handled online, which is quite convenient. The room was spotlessly clean. I had some reservations after reading previous guest reviews, but actually, everything went very smoothly, and it wasn't problematic at all, contrary to what some earlier guests had said. The price was also very reasonable, offering excellent value for money. The host was very nice, always online to assist, and responded to any questions promptly. The lobby staff downstairs were very responsible; entry and exit required registration, which made me feel very safe and prevented unauthorized access. The unit is a two-story duplex and even comes with a large projector, which the kids absolutely loved. We had a very happy stay!

The upstairs bedrooms ensure excellent privacy. The master bedroom, in particular, features a panoramic bay window, offering stunning city views of Qianhai to wake up to. Downstairs, the spacious living room, complete with a projector and a kitchen, is ideal for friends traveling together or families.

Booked this place for an old friends' get-together. The host was incredibly responsible and attentive, providing very thorough check-in instructions. The location is fantastic, with convenient transport links nearby – super easy to get around by metro or taxi. Plus, there are plenty of dining options, including breakfast. The apartment itself is modern, fully equipped, and spotlessly clean!

The photos were taken just before check-out, so the lights weren't on. It was also a gloomy, rainy day, so the lighting wasn't ideal, and the pictures don't really do the place justice. Overall, the interior environment is excellent, and it's well-equipped, making it perfect for families on multi-day trips. The location is also incredibly convenient, not far from Nanyou, Huaqiang Electronic World, and the stations. The absolute highlight, though, was the incredibly helpful customer service staff member. She went above and beyond to accommodate my individual requests. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I'm in Shenzhen.

A very comfortable apartment with peaceful surroundings. The security guard was very polite, and there are plenty of delicious food delivery options nearby. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Nanshan District.

The room was spotless, and the location is superb. It's just a 3-minute walk to the subway station, making it incredibly convenient for exploring attractions in Nanshan District. The online staff were very responsive, replying to messages promptly throughout our stay. Highly recommended!

My check-in experience was absolutely awful! I've never had to waste over an hour at a hotel just to add them on WeChat and navigate their customer service. To make matters worse, the staff couldn't understand a single word I said. It was completely unlike any normal hotel check-in experience!
